I’m always pretty nervous taking my car to a new mechanic but today I had no choice as the key to my Jetta would not turn off and come out of the ignition. I gave them a call and they were able to fit me in and fix the issue the same day! The gentleman did a fantastic job, was very friendly and genuinely seemed to want to earn my future business. He even topped off my coolant and oil for me which I really appreciated. Will definitely be taking my car here again. 11/10

Great experience. It sucks when your car breaks down, but I feel like this was fair pricing, honest work, and even they went the extra mile. Would “shop” here again- 5 out of 5.

I am beyond thankful for this shop. They recommended the car that I bought a little over two years ago. And recently with me having to get some things fixed on it, Wiley was so fast and kind and very good at communicating everything that was going on. He explained everything mechanically and cost wise for what I needed to get done. This is a trustworthy place for VW’s & Audi’s. 10 outta 10 will be back for any future work I need done on my car.

Reasonably priced, great communication and the attention to detail is second to none Took my car in for a simple transmission service and was pleasantly surprised by the thorough inspection done to my vehicle. It wasn't just mechanical things that a mechanic could upsell, actually none of it was mechanical He wanted to make sure I was aware of the area that had been repainted, and informed me of some material stuck to the bottom of the vehicle. He knew I had just purchased the vehicle and went out of his way to ensure I was aware of things on it that had absolutely nothing to do with the vehicles mechanical state, and it's the attention and care displayed that will keep me as a returning customer.

Always, Always, ALWAYS fantastic! Wylie is the GOAT! They've always taken care of us, and this time was no different. Our serpentine belt and rollers were going out on a car we've owned since 2014. He quoted us two days for $500, and he got the job done in one day for $480! Not to mention checked and did many other little things while having the car AND taught us multiple things we didn't know just because he's passionate about his work. Couldn't ask for a better mechanic, and if you have a VW and don't take it here, we can not be friends or acquaintances. Thank you, Wylie and Jeff's Auto Werks. FYI, we live in Ontario, Oregon, now and STILL take our car to him over an hour away!

Jeff’s Import Auto does amazing work for a fair price. I have had Wyly work on my 2001 TDI Beetle for over 3 years and in that time I have driven over 100,000 miles and Wyly just does great work at a fair price. Beetles are notoriously finicky cars and Wyly knows this and finds practical solutions to every car issue I have had. My Beetle now has over 315,000 miles and I am thankful and fortunate to have had such great service during that time.

Jeff’s is the best mechanic for Volkswagen in Boise. Jeff’s was able to fix my car for about half of what another nearby mechanic had estimated. The only problem with Jeff’s is that they’re pretty busy, so it might be hard to make an appointment. Because he is so busy, the mechanic is very straightforward (maybe even blunt) and doesn’t try to add on unnecessary parts or repairs. He will tell you if a repair is really worth it or not Also, even though the shop might not look special, getting a repair at Jeff’s feels like a Michelin Star service. The inside of my engine compartment and car was cleaner when I picked it up than when I dropped it off.

Wylie is the most kind mechanic you will ever ask for. He went out of his way to help me identify an issue I have in my 2011 VW Jetta TDI, and gave me some suggestions as to what to do about it. He treated me like a human being and was honest about the situation. 10/10 if you have a VW, Jeff’s Import Auto Werks is the place to take it!

Jeff’s Auto is the ideal mechanic shop. They have been taking care of my 2003 VW Bug for years and have always provided excellent service at a fair price. They are EXPERTS at VW. I once got my oil changed at a national franchise place. Afterward my car broke down a mile from the shop. I called Jeff’s and they diagnosed what the other place had messed up just by me holding my phone near the engine. I limped back to the franchise place and repeated what Jeff’s told me to say, and they managed to fix it. I’ve never had my oil changed anywhere but Jeff’s since.

Over 23 years and I have taken all 4 of my VW’s to Jeff’s! No matter what I needed Jeff’s has ALWAYS done a fantastic job, fair prices and got me quickly back on the road. This is definitely the best Volkswagen shop in town if not in the State!
