I can't say enough good things about Jeff's! When I took my car in with a destroyed back hatch and window - they were great about keeping it inside to keep the rain out. It would have taken 1 1/2 months to get a new hatch from the manufacturer so they found one in NORTH Carolina and went and got it. From the time they got the approved estimate until I was able to pick it up was only 6 days - and it looks like new! You never want to have to use a body shop - but it is great to know we have such a wonderful place here in Summerville to go. They were also great about keeping us informed as to what was going on and then making sure it was nice and clean when we left with it. Need your car repaired??? Definitely go to Jeff's!!!!!

I used Jeff’s Auto Body a few years ago and was very happy with the whole process and the quality of their work. I wanted to use them again but am having trouble even starting the process. Called a couple of times and the phone system was down. Called again and asked about getting an estimate and the person on the phone was rude and said it would be a few weeks. I was unable to do that so asked if I could send pictures since it was minor and they said no. I called again when I thought I’d have time. I was told to just send pictures. That was frustrating to hear. I explained I had wanted to do that previously and was was told they had changed to JAB as the reason JAB again “Jeff’s Auto Body”? Not sure what kind of BS that is but decided to think about whether I want to give this disorganized place my money. I would give JAB 1 star but if Jeff’s Auto Body 3 just for the good work the first time around. I got that estimate next day

Went to get an estimate on front end damage on my car. The estimate was very reasonable and he met me at the business since it was a Saturday. Jeff's very friendly and easy to talk too. Hoping to get the car fixed after I get my tax refund since zi had some other bills to take care of first. Glad I found a good body shop.

Wow! I'm so happy and so impressed. I came to Jeff's after my car had been vandalized and was left with a nasty mark on it. He removed the blemish and repainted it so well, I can't even tell/remember where the mark had been on the door. Impeccable! Very fair pricing and he was right on time with how long he estimated it would take to have it done. Such a hidden gem of a shop, I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for any mechanical or body work. I'll be back should I ever need something done again! Thank you so much for making me happy to see my baby again. You're the best!

I spoke to Dave about a car I was interested in. I made it very clear I did not want any surprises as I was driving 5hrs one way and did not want to waist my day. Come to find out the car in question had a salvage title and had replacement body panels which appeared to be painted by Ray Charles himself. It was obvious no prep work had been done and the masking process had a lot of corners cut. Overall very unhappy with my experience dealing with this business. Being more straightforward will save yourself some time and frustration. You may even be able to sell a car without creating a wild story to cover up the fact you did a shoddy repair. Would not recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest car expecting to be told the truth.

I was very impressed with the care they took to load up my 68 Camaro. It had a chin spoiler that was very low and he rigged it in a way that did not touch it. Also my rear wheels were locked because it was stuck in gear so he was able to slide the ramp to the rear wheels without dragging it. I hope I dont need them again but I will definitely give them a call if I do.
