I have gotten many vehicles over the years from Jeff wyler in Colerain as well as helped some family members get one as well. We are always treated like family and well taken care of. Anytime I need any service done it taking care of asap. The sales guys and managers always help my husband and I get the best deals. We will always be Honda for life at Jeff wyler Colerain. Once my lease is up I will be back for another. My daughter recently got get first car from Honda and loves it as well. No other car dealer offers you a service and treats you like family better that Jeff wyler in Colerain. The guys are awesome.

I have had good experiences at this dealer service in the past. This was not one of them. The process took nearly five hours (they predicted 3-to-4). With no alternate transportation, I waited while they worked on the car. They forgot that I was waiting. Communication was next to non existent--I received text updates only upon arriving and after the service was completed (and after I spoke with the service desk). Then they errantly over charged my credit card which created an additional delay. Once I left, the tire pressure warning light came on (they rotated the tires) and still hasn't recalibrated.

Tim, my service advisor, was awesome as usual. He stepped me through the process and advised me on some recommendations he had on my vehicle based on observation and mileage. While he did try to sell me on the benefits, he understood I didn't have the time today. Got my service accomplished sooner than they estimated time wise. Appreciate their service level, especially compared to Kings Honda!!

We came to Cincinnati for a fun weekend. When we checked into the hotel, our car wouldn’t start. We call AAA who determined it was a dead battery. We were able to jump the car that night and had enough power to drive it to Jeff Wyler in the morning. We called Jeff Wyler and spoke with Will explained our situation. He told us to bring it right in and they’d take a look at it. They determined that we needed a new battery and also recommended an alignment. They completed both services and we were out of there within an hour and a half. Will And the rest of the folks at Jeff Wyler‘s service center saved our weekend. They were friendly and easy to deal with.

As usual Shane Gibson made me feel like my choice of choosing Wyler Honda for my cars and him as my service rep is worth every penny I spend. I NEVER worry about anything as far as follow up service or reliability to get all jobs done to my satisfaction. I speak directly to Jordan Brown, he makes my appointment as convenient for me as he can. I pay for the Wyler Care which covers 3 visits, oil change and tire rotation +multiple point inspection. It saves me $$ and Jordan doesn’t try to force me into buying something I don’t want.
