Terrible experience and I will NEVER go back!! Unprofessional and non-communication is what did it for me. I needed my water pump changed so I took it to JD who has worked on my previous vehicle and he said he could have it done in 13 hours and it took him 3 weeks! In the midst of him hardly ever returning my calls, his mechanic quit, while working on my vehicle due to JD being disrespectful to him as well. After FINALLY getting my vehicle back, the check engine light was still on due to the camshaft, etc. not being put back like it was and JD is responsible for the work he did since it was covered under my warranty. He still hasn’t returned any of my messages, so I’ll most likely have to take him to court smh. I just want to be done with him.

Horrible horrible horrible experience no fault of the mechanic James he's only one man and can't help that the owner doesn't work. The owner owes my husband 2,000 for a motor he claimed to have bought months ago but never did. My husband had his car towed from there now waiting to get his money back (which probably won't happen) DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN!!!! TAKE YOUR CAR AND MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The owner of the places hires mechanics then fires them and refuses to let them have there tools so he basicly steals them and he keeps his customers cars by double the bill when done

Don’t come here. They’ve had my car for 8 months, changed locations and did not tell me, and now the glass on my car is broken and I still haven’t gotten my car back. They keep blocking it in so the tow truck can’t get it even after paying this man $2000 cash.

Stay away from this place! So many issues, first they had me waiting to look at my car. Who has someone show up to their business and you the OWNER or employee(s) isn't even there! Second, he claimed to fix and charged me for something that did not need to be repaired because he did not know what he was doing! And third when I called and told him it did not fix the problem, he tells me "Oh I thought you said it was something else!" All he did was take my money and never fixed the problem! Go elsewhere, this guy shows up late and doesn't fix the problem! I try to support black-owned businesses but its companies like this that give us a bad rep!

Great service. Been dealing with them for about an easy 7 years, I had a very old van and I sure did not think is was fixable but sure enough going out of their way they got it back rolling for me and my daughter also just got great service from them after being so stressed he fixed everything with no problems or hesitation. I highly recommend them.
