I brought my own rims and tires and Vanessa came out and assured me they could mount and balance them! They helped me unload all the wheels and were fast and professional. They did very clean work! Thank you Vanessa and crew!!

Quick, affordable, super nice tech and friendly front desk staff. Our son needed a new tire, and we didn’t want to spend too much on a set of new tires…but as we know, this place sells slightly used tires and for less than 100 bucks, we were fix and on our way. Thx JD tires…quick, easy, and painless…more auto service businesses should work like this. Bravo

Had a blowout on I-880 on the way to work in the morning. Spare was flat and I needed new front tires anyway. Called AAA and got towed to JD Tires. In barely 30 minutes they had new tires mounted and I was on my way. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I have been coming here for my wheels, may it be buying new rims or fixing my tires. I came in one day to get my Bfgoodrich KO2’s installed. I bought the tires online since it was on sale. I came back twice because my truck was still having vibration issues and the 2nd time still was not fixed. The 3rd time I went back their boss/manager said that they’re not supposed to fix the issue since I did not buy my tires from them, and that they should be charging me for the balancing. He even told me that they did what they could for my tires and that the issue was my tires and that I should get my tires sent back and replaced. I mean paying for the balancing was not an issue for me, I would pay but I didn’t like the way he said it. So, Okay if he already said that the problem were my tires I’ll find a different shop. I actually was able to find a shop that ended up fixing the vibration problem and assured me that all 4 tires are good. It’s just sad that I have been a loyal customer and was treated that way.

Went here to get a new rim for a Toyota Yaris 2015, which parts are not costly. The most for a rim is 160-200$ for High end rims but one of the guys told me just for one rim will be 1500$$! I asked him why so much for one rim he replied because they're new. ?? I specifically told him one rim for size 15 And they said I can pay monthly of $500 till it's paid off. Don't go here or do your research on your car before coming here they might scam you for thousands. Sorry to those who had a good experience with em but beware. P.S I went to in person to get my quote for one rim.

Angel is a great guy. He put the coilovers on my car for a very reasonable rate and adjusted the height free of cost (including alignment) because there was some rubbing in the back wheels. Would definitely recommend this place for all your car related needs!

Had a flat from a nail coming from hwy 17 in torrential rains. Costco referred me to them limped over there and they got me in and out within 10 minutes great service! great price! very respectful ! 100% recommend them hands down! The best flat tire repair service I’ve ever had… so grateful

If I could give more stars I would! Everyone here is very professional and helpful. I came in with some issues with my alignment. The staff was quick, honest, and told me exactly what I needed to do. Gave me a few different options and we took it from there. The quote was very reasonable and my car was done within a few hours. Remarkable service and I recommend them to anyone needing anything related to alignment and tires! Bravo JD!

Just got back from lunch and heard a hiss. Found the closest tire store, and went there down to 10 psi. Instantly had me in a bay. The puncture was in a place it couldn't be plugged or patched, so needed a new tire. Thought I might need to buy two, but they had the exact tire in stock so only bought one. I can't believe how fast they were done. And I never asked price because I had no choice....I expected to pay a lot....but surprisingly, very reasonable. Couldn't ask for a better tire shop. Already recommended them to coworkers.

A few years ago I was not a customer of JD tires, but I got a flat tire crossing over Coleman headed down Taylor, and had to pull over into the parking lot of the bar next door to JDs When I pulled in, 2 awesome guys who worked there came and helped me right away! Without me even asking! They had me up and on my way asap which was wonderful since I had been on my way to pick up my son from school and was now late. Because of this kindness, when I need tires, I’ll be going to JD Tires! Thank you!
