Hace aproximadamente 1 mes y medio les compré las 4 llantas nuevas y les pagué la alineación también, no hicieron la alineación por ende las llantas de adelante se desgastaron en menos de 1 mes y cuando fui a tratar de resolverlo me dejaron a un mecánico que era muy prepotente y abusivo. Me levantaba la voz demasiado y no me dejó nisiquiera explicar nada casi. Luego se inventó que porque unas piezas eran nuevas y no estaban bien puestas no había quedado bien la alineación y era totalmente mentira ya que para corroborarlo fui a 3 talleres diferentes al salir de allí y todos checaron la pieza que él decía y esta en perfecto lugar. No lo recomiendo por nada del mundo y menos que compren nada con ellos porque no dan ninguna garantía. Pésima experiencia y dudo totalmente volver a regresar ahí. Lamento bastante por uno de los mecánicos que me atendía antes porque era el único que siempre fue amable conmigo.

Mandé a mi hermana con mi carro por un cambio de aceite y cuando salió escuchaba un ruido rraro que venía debajo del carro por que se les olvidó ponerle todos los tornillos ala barra Protectora contra salpicaduras de motor y regreso al local y no quisieron aserse responsables y nomas le pusieron zip ties y todavía le cobraron 20 dólares siendo error de ellos mal atención al cliente no lo recomiendo

I am totally disappointed after having been a customer of JD TIRE & AUTO SALES for 4 years I bought a truck that today is not worth half of what I paid I wanted to finance another truck for them and after 3 days the truck shut down while I was driving another sign from the gas pump was not working. I called them because it didn't seem fair to me that just 3 days after taking it out of there it actually turned off the same day. After that, I took it out of there, it didn't turn on, I ran the cables and there was another sign that the batteries were bad, they were asking for a downpayment of 6,000 dollars for a truck with 300,000 miles. financed for 30,000 dollars salvage title after negotiating the downpayment I gave them 2,000 dollars which I had to call the tx DMV to get my money back decision I had to make because Ms. Dolores stopped answering my messages and calls for a week and even more her workers ignoring me when I go to look for her she wanted $600 Yes, I wanted to take the truck and obviously I saw that as blackmail towards me and wanting to take advantage of what happened regarding the supposed maintenance that was given to the truck for supposedly some new batteries that were installed in the truck and for having come to towed the truck when they found out that an investigator was in charge of the complaint, they took the truck from there.and in the end they only returned half of it. BEWARE!! they sell pure wrecked trucks with quite a few miles and they ask for a lot of downpayment and they sell them 3 times more than they cost If you have any similar problem, just call the TX DMV and they will put an investigator in charge and they will refund your money, Just think that when you want to finance a truck in that place, when you finish paying for it, that car is not going to be worth half of what you are paying.

Have been going to them for years now and never had a problem they actually try and save me money very respectful and have always fixed my vehicles problems I live in north Carrollton and they are worth the drive and my business if you want something done right go to them

Horrible for an oil change 75 dollars just because you have to paid extra for the filter, and they did not tell you until is done 75 dollars por un oil change porque el filtro es differente bad owner trabajadores son buenos.

Sinceramente la peor experiencia que pueden darte al TRATAR de arreglar tu vehículo, para la encargada que olvide pedirle el nombre PARA ELLA TU TIEMPO COMO CLIENTE NO VALE, así que si llevas tu vehículo allí ten presente que así llegues de primero no importa si sales de último, adicional que claro NO OTORGA FACTURA por el trabajo que te hacen, solicite una alineación y son incapaces de otorgarte por derecho y porque pagaste el comprobante por escrito de la reparación realizada, claro sin factura no paga impu……s, consideren mucho pagar por una alineación porque nunca lo dejaran bien, y la respuesta será tu vehículo necesita cambiar un repuesto si quieres lo hacemos jaja, si atiendes publico tienes que saber QUE EL CLIENTE SIEMPRE TIENE LA RAZÓN y engancharte a discutir con las personas que no están de acuerdo con la mala experiencia que han recibido en su taller deja mucho que decir de cómo van a reparar tu vehículo.
