I want to take a moment to applaud JC's Tire & Brakes. I'm from Augusta, GA and had landed in Charlotte on Sunday (2/2/25). I had a noise coming from the wheel of my truck that let me know it wasn't safe for me to drive back to Augusta. At 1:30 JC's said that I could bring it to them unaware of what my issue could be. This group of gentleman made me feel like no matter what, they were going to get me taken care of and they did just that. After initially diagnosing my issue as needing new pads and rotors, they later realized after the test drive that my hub assembly was bad. They were due to close at 3:30 but they stayed until they took care of a guy who was in desperate need to get home and I can't thank them enough. Josh and his team were amazing and accommodating. If you need good honest work done, I highly recommend JC's Tire and Brakes!!!! They were a blessing to me!

I went here to rent a Uhaul truck. Everyone in the building was friendly and very helpful. The rental went smoothly. I also noticed some really nice tires in there.

Flawless job and an incredible price. I was grossly overquoted by many businesses and didnt set an appointment but josh and his team still took me in and did a killer job and explained how to prevent some of the issues I was having with my rotor’s and breaks moving forward. I would highly recommend giving them a shot.

Great customer service and service was great. I got my ac problem resolved and it was extremely cheaper than what Vavoline was trying to charge me. My Husband also received great service from them when he rented a Uhaul. He’s the reason I came for my ac issue. We will most definitely be coming back!
