This company was outstanding! They compared a photo of my wheel to make sure it matched the one I was buying. This gave me confidence there would be no returns due to mismatched rims. Found Juan on FB marketplace and worked out a deal to replace my wife’s stock Expedition silver wheels for new black take offs. Communicated great, was fair and honest. Juan and his associate swapped wheels, tpms sensors, and balanced tires. Great service!

My rim had completely busted when I had popped a curb because of another driver pulling out in front of me on an early morning. I had ordered a rim from “JC wheels & caps” for my Ram 1500 on the same day and they even gave me a call and messaged me to be 100% sure it was the right one and the right fit sure enough it was. I was supposed to receive it in the next following days, but I kid you not I received it the next day around the afternoon! It was in great condition and well packaged right at my doorstep! I rushed immediately to get a tire on it and on the truck. I appreciate them for their amazing price on the rim and the amazing service they provided!

Ordered online. They contacted me through multiple platforms to inform me the caps may not fit my vehicle. They didn’t have what I needed in stock and sent me a link from another vendor that had what I needed. Outstanding customer service and I will choose them for any needs I may have with my other vehicles. If they don’t have it, they will find it for you! I can’t stress enough how awesome their customer service is! Thank you for your help!

These guys were amazing. I needed a very specific OEM Toyota rim for my truck and they Delivered!!! Literally...I am out of state because I am an active duty military guy who is a TX native (like to support my home state) and they not only got me exactly what I needed, they called me to personally ensure they were getting me the exact rim I needed. I'm usually really skeptical but these gents impressed me.

These guys were great! I have an odd size rim and nobody had it in stock. Called these guys, and they had a set readily available. Drove to their location and from phone call to driving away with four new rims was 1 1/2 hours. Friendly, efficient, decent price! Thank you.

Saw their add on FB Market! The price looked too good to be true. Texed Juan and het got back withing 5 min. Gave me a total for 4 Michelin 265/70/18 plus takeoff/install/ballance/and Stims at over half the price of Discount Tires. The guys are all friendly. Got in and out in 30 min. Usually wait for ove an hour just to get started. I will definately come and recomend them to my friends and family. Also, they have all kinds of rims. Thank you Juan for the friendly and professional service.

I would definitely recommend this place, and I’m not just saying it to be nice or get them higher ratings but in all honesty I would definitely recommend this place based off of my first impression and experience. We picked up our car from the tow yard it was at earlier and our tire was flat, although it was brand new and full of air before the crash I got into that made my car end up in the tow yard, when I asked one of towing workers to check my tire he did and just put some air in it and looked for a puncture with some a couple spritz of some spray at first and said he couldn’t find anything but somehow when we came here to JC wheels & caps, all it took was one spritz of spray to find the nail that the towing worker said he couldn’t find. The man at JC wheels & caps did a fast and easy, good job at finding the problem and quickly finding a solution. He only charged us $20 for a patch which I believe is a very reasonable price, aside from the air he pumped for us at first. You could see that he was carefully doing each step needed in order to place a good patch and make sure we can get back home safe and not with a flat tire. I really appreciated what he was able to do for us, and it may seem small but it was very generous to us.

I've only been here twice in the past 2 years and both times I've reciveved proper and convenient care for my tire issues. They were so helpful at JC wheels and caps that I wouldn't go or recommend another tire shop
