I purchased a used tire the African elephant man that manage the tire shop put the tire 2 months later I went there to get some air for my tire And the air compressor machine was broken he said to come back on Monday on the way back home 🏡 🏡 the tire went flat call AAA however they could not put the spare tire on because it said that the lugs were cross-threaded I immediately called JC's tire they said to come back on Monday I explained that the tire that the manager put on AAA know that they could not put the air into the tired because the bolts were too tight from the person that had put that tire on initially just changing tires are called Jason tires he said he would replaced bolts I showed him my receipt going with his managerto put it the man said he wouldn't take the bolts off that he put on there because he knew there were totally too tight and he didn't want to break-

DO NOT COME HERE! They replaced 2 tires. I hit the interstate this morning and my car is shaking profusely. I go back and ask if they balanced my tires, he says “no, our machine is broke.” He didn’t have the audacity to tell me. I go to another tire shop today to have them balanced, and I have a broken stud! They didn’t tell me they broke my stud either! DO NOT COME HERE! I’m HIGHLY PISSED AND DISAPPOINTED!

Brought a tire but they didn't balance it so at speeds above 60 the tire vibrate and shakes the front end of the van.

Great customer service! Just passing through on a Saturday in October. JC was friendly, professional and didn't waste any time getting the car jacked up & wheel off - only to discover it was a pepple causing all the racket!! Best possible outcome for us, as we were on vacation... We were back on the road in a few minutes... BIG thank you and highly recommend JC Tires!!

I came in with a completely flat tire and barely made it into the driveway at 5pm. They worked quickly and I was on my way in less then 20 minutes with a fresh tire. I was completely satisfied with the customer service and quality of the used tire. I will be returning!

I CAME TO JC TIRES ON EAST MARKET IN GREENSBORO NC WHICH I MUST SAY IS ONE OF THE BEST TIRE SHOPS IN GREENSBORO THEY WAS VERY PATIENT AND DID EVERYTHING THEY COULD POSSIBLY DO TO MAKE ME HAPPY AND MAKE MY CAR DRIVE FANTASTIC. I WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK AGAIN….

Spent $60 for a nail in my tire….. Went on Saturday for a nail in my tire which I saw it for myself. He tells me that there is no nail in my tire and instead i’m losing air because the tire needed to he shifted. This costed $20. However, throughout the day the tire still went flat. Couldn’t go back on Sunday cause they were closed so I came back on Monday. I tell him my tire is still losing air and the “shift” he did did not work then I told him about the nail I been said was in it. He tells me my tire now has a non-fixable hole which forced me to buy a new tire for $40. All of this money could have been avoided if the he listened to me the first time. Never coming here again.
