This place is really great! The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful! In past experiences with getting work done on my car it has always been a hassle, but not at JC Tire Shop! They had my new tires on and I was back on the road in no time!

I actually visited this establishment today (12/22/24) to remove a nail from my tire. The gentleman that worked on my tire was quick and efficient. It took him approximately two minutes to get me up and running. Exceptional customer service.

This place is convenient, fast, friendly & so helpful. They helped me with exactly what I needed & didn’t make it more complicated than it needed to be, like a lot of the other big tire places always do. This is my second time here & I’ll be back again!

A small screw in my tire that was causing air to leak quickly had me STRESSED. I called probably 10 places for a repair on Saturday at 5pm. No one could get me in until Tuesday. 3days later 🙄. I called them & they were able to get me in immediately. Fixed my tire in maybe 10 min!! Nice, quick, efficient job! BONUS, I didn’t even have to get out of my car to repair the tire!!

I think I walked in and before I blinked the tire was fixed and replaced on my car before I could paid them. Me and wife love love.their service. This place is no good for the people who shops hear I personally bout 4 brand new tires from this place JC tires so called wen I drove home and weeks went by my car never rode good any more cuz those people messed up all four balances all four was off by alot ..that's what les swibe tires stores sed..so I hate that place big time.

I had a leak in my tire that needed to be filled every couple hours. So at the advice of my friend, I came here. I pulled up and was able to talk to the woman at the front desk, and within a few minutes, they had my car lifted and the tire off. Within 10 minutes, my tire was patched and ready to go. All this cost me 25 bucks plus tax. Well worth the 15 minutes.

I had a new set of tires installed here yesterday, they got it done in less than 20 mins! For a small fee they disposed of my old ones. Great customer service! Overall great experience!

Scam alert. I went there to repair my flat tire. They said that I have to replace it because I drove with the flat tire for miles when in fact I didn’t because I replaced it with my spare. They tried to sell me a used tire and take my flat tire from a year old car for free. Be careful when dealing with these guys.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS THE GUYS HERE WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF FOR A OLD OLD USED TIRES! I WENT HERE FOR A SIMPLE TIRE ROTATION AND AIR. THE GUY WITH THE PONYTAIL LOOKED AT ME CRAZY BECAUSE I COULDN’T SPEAK SPANISH AND WAS VERY RUDE. HE THEN TOLD ME IT WAS POINTLESS TO ROTATE MY TIRES ANS I SHOULD BY TIRES FROM HIM INSTEAD. MIND YOU MY TIRES WERE PRACTICALLY BRAND NEW I BROUGHT THEM LESS THAN 3 MONTHS AGO! OUT OF CURIOSITY I ASKED HIM HOW MUCH FOR EACH USED TIRE HE TOLD ME AROUND A HUNDRED DOLLARS 😮. I TOLD HIM ILL PASS AND ASKED HIM TO ROTATE THEM FOR ME WHICH HE REFUSED BECAUSE I WOULDNT BUY TIRES FROM HIM. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE I DONT WANT TO SEE ANYONE GET RIPPED OFF BY THIS PLACE. Been here 5 times. Quicker than a coffee drive thru! Open Sundays. In and out under 5mins. No appointment needed. Like flat tires keep a schedule. Totally worth the $15-$20. Update. I had to stop in, tire check light came on. Got my tires checked. Just low pressure but they did charge $3.00 this time. I still give 5 stars. In and out fast. The dealer service i did the day before, let air out of tires. My van has a higher pressure than most cars.
