Check engine light came on and I stopped in here. As a blonde haired, blue-eyed woman, I often get jerked around at auto shops. This place was amazing. They were quick and efficient. They didn’t try to oversell me. They were really friendly. Definitely coming back here huge fan. They also also have a lot of experience with jeeps. The inside feels like going into someone’s home and you can tell it’s a family run joint. Big fan.

Took my truck here for tune up and because it was having problems with gas acceleration. Well now my truck is shaking and at one point turning off in idle. They kept telling me they needed to change curtain parts for the shaking to stop and none of them ever fixed the problem. On the last thing they've changed to try and fix the shake the owner said " I'd put money on it." that this was gonna be the last thing to fix the problem and got my car back still shaking and the check engine back on. Spent almost $3000 and was told i still needed to change more things on it to stop the shaking. My vehicle never shook before and now im driving around like this!!

Ben did an amazing job helping me find the issues with my car he went above and beyond to make sure it was running great I will definitely be coming back here for all of my future car maintenance Mrs Jane is so kind and you can tell they care about their customers prices are fair as well if you are looking to get you car fixed I recommend checking them out

Can’t say enough good things, I’m so glad I found this place! Jerry & Janie are awesome. Super friendly, responsive & HONEST. I took my own part & was just going to pay for the labor. After looking at my car, Jerry realized I didn’t even need the part I brought & fixed the issue within a few hours. He easily could have changed the part & charged me even though my car didn’t need it. I ended up paying over a hundred dollars less than I was expecting. I will definitely be back & refer people to them!! Thank you so much Jerry & Janie!!!

Best Place for any repair/installment. Mr. Jerry and his crew did a phenomenal job replacing my brake pads and fixing my a/c, for a great price too! They always give that family vibes which is awesome.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! I was told one thing but was charged DOUBLE than expected, they lack communication & honestly & they tell you one thing but take back what they said & scam you for more money!!! I didn’t have any problem paying for the work they did but when they charged me more money when I already paid them on top of me having to pay them AGAIN for a 30 min job that winded up costing me 300$!!! SMH never again!

I took my Jeep into JC's Automotive for a binding issue in the steering. They were helpful and knowledgeable in fixing the issue in a timely manner. I highly recommend them for any vehicle issues or general service.

Spent $100 on checking the codes on my vehicle. I paid $600 to get a power steering pump replaced. 30 minutes later i was broken down with no power steering I also had a coolant leak. Very sketchy people. My car was there for a whole week by the way. I will never go here again in my life. I warn you to not bring your car here.

My mother brought her car to Jerry several times at referral of a friend. Mom is in her late 70's and two out of three times he did not charge her. The third time he did exactly what was required and charged her a very reasonable price. I took a used 4Runner that I had just purchased for a check up. I know cars and people, and Jerry knows his stuff and it's a genuinely good human being. Even though he is an hour from my house I will bring my other cars to him for service I cannot perform myself.

This place is a JOKE we took our BMW several times for one issue and they claim it was another fix the car then bring and continue to have SAME ISSUE. YET they claim they fix the issue when you can clearly see it wasn't. We had so light come on the car took it in turned off at the shop drove it home and lights back on mind you we live 5 miles away. Take it in again due to some fuses blowing out and they fixed something totally different than the fuse and still having issues with it. THIS IS WHY THEY TAKE CASH ONLY SO YOU CANT STOP PAYMENT ON WORK NOT DONE. ATTORNEY GENERAL IS ALL I HAVE TO SAY AND we CAN voice our experience with this place, If they do not poke your eyes then people would not complain!!
