I had a nail in my tire that they took care of right away without me even having to get out of my truck!!! It's hot out so he recommended we stay in our truck while he patched us up!!! Excellent customer service 💯

I called around looking for someone close to my house to figure out why my 2020 hyundia sonata wasn't starting. I did everything on my part prior to finding Jays Tire Shop. I spoke with him on the phone serveral times to try to trouble shoot the problem and explain my car issues. He assured me he could fix it. He even agreed to have it towed and add it to my payment source Acima. I was glad to finally be able to drive my car. One day after returning my car to me, it would not start. I called him and told him and he said maybe we should just change the starter. He told me at first I didn't need a started on battery. I figured he should know what he's doing so I trusted him. (Second bad decision) First bad decison was taking my car to him. I called him and he agreed to order a new started and update me when it came in. I never heard from him. I started calling and calling then one day he decided to answer and told me "The started would be in June 2nd. I didn't bug him or pressure him until after June 10th. I was trying to be patient and give him time. I then begin calling and calling again. I left messages, text messages and and pretty much kept asking him super nice to call me back. Never being aggressive or disrespectful. (I still have all those super nice text messages.) He never once return my calls. I was really stressing over it. I basically finance work on a car and making 3 payments on a job that was never done. No matter how many times I called and asked him about the status of the starter he never return my calls. I work so hard for my money and I really just wanted my car up and running properly. I even agreed to pay for the starter so my car would be fixed. No return calls. Nothing! So, I reached out to Acima and updated them on the events and asked for a resolution or a refund. This is what he told them "I fixed her car. I don't want to talk to her and she never wanted to order the part (starter). He basically lied and he refused to provide me with any additional service. He tried to justify his incompetence. He is a bad busy man and Karma is a mother. Times are hard and everyone going threw something. You have to be careful how u treat people. If he couldn't do the job, he should have said so. He obviously needed the money. As a try to make sense of this, I am full of hurt, emotional and finacially. I do my best to treat people with respect and I give quality in my service to others. No one wants to be ripped off, No one wants to be ripped off and or lied to. Please do not support this awful business man. I would have more respect and patient with him if he hadn't also lied to the Finance company Acima. This is a hard pill to swollen this morning as I look at my car in my garage still not running, broke. He obviously jack it up to get it off his lot to just get paid. I never do reviews but this one upset me to the fullest. Please don't support this business and if you do, you do it at your own risk. He is not honest and I hope he never sleep at night. Toss and turn in despair. Treat your customer right Jays tire shop. You will never truly be successful with your current committment to quality. Your quality sucks......You are a liar and a theft.

Best tire shop in town! if you want to be treated like family and not wait hours to be treated like just a number please visit this shop. We are from El Paso 8 hours away and the guys here not only got us back on the road in time for our beach trip. they checked all our other tires so we could make it safely home. 😀 greatest thing they have a second location in my hometown! will be a customer for life and will be back soon to get a full set of tires The skill these guys showed in patching up the tire was impressive 👏 took less than 30 minutes and was extremely affordable This is a picture of the patch after 500 miles on it

DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL. THE GUY MIKE REPLACED MY FLAT TIRE WITH A NEW TIRE THAT WAS THE WRONG SIZE TIRE OF MY VEHICLE. WHEN I CALLED THE VERY NEXT DAY HE LIED AND SAID THAT IT WAS THE RIGHT TIRE WHICH WAS CLEARLY WRONG. WON'T GIVE ME NO CREDIT TO REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE AT THE RIGHT SIZE. WON'T TAKE NO ACCOUNTABILITY AND ONLY OFFERED TO REPLACE IF I BOUGHT A NEW ONE FOR THE RIGHT SIZE AS IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN THE FIRST PLACE. HE CLEARLY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME (A WOMAN) NOT KNOWING ANYTHING OF TIRES AND AUTO WORK. 1 Pic is what it should be per my vehicle and the other is the tire he put on my vehicle.

I got a flat on 410 in the 100+ degree summer heat. My insurance “roadside assistance” was going to be an hour wait. I quickly looked up nearby tire shops and found Jay’s. Michael came out right away and put the spare on my car so I could follow him back to the shop. He replaced my tire and I was back on the road in about 30 minutes. And his price for all that was SO reasonable, I asked him twice if it was right. He has a new customer for life. :)

The gentleman was professional and Honest. Excellent job on replacing a tire and studs. He told me only 2 studs needs to be replaced instead of all 24 of them. I like Honest and politeness of the Owner and crew. I would most definitely be back for other services. 10 stars 🌟

on a friday, I told Jay the owner it was the back right tire that needed to be changed.. he changed the back left tire instead. i was on the phone in front of him with my partner asking her if it was the back right, he was listening to my whole conversations i had with her. i said it multiple times it was the back right. i was next to him while he was changing it but i was on my phone & that’s not my job to pay attention to what a mechanic is doing…he should know his right from left. the tire pressure came on & we realized he didn’t change the right one. i called him when we noticed & he laughs the whole conversation & blames me for not paying attention to what he was doing because i was close to the car. he took no accountability & didn’t even try to see what he can do for the miscommunication. went to a different tire shop, they said if there was a miscommunication like that, they would’ve put the old tire back on & replaced the correct one. don’t come here, owner don’t know his left from his right. that’s a red flag.

Great experience with Jay’s. Got a 4 inch lift done on my f150. Great work and great pricing. Mike was super helpful in recommendations for what I needed done and super down to earth. Definitely cared about what I needed rather than trying to sell me on something I didn’t just to make money like some of the other shops that quoted me. I wont hesitate to come back for anything I need and neither should you! They also have financing options if needed.
