Only place I take my vehicles. Great customer service! I’m always happy with the work they do. I have referred my family members here because I know they will treat their vehicles right. I can see why they have an A with the better business bureau 👍

My brother and I went to see if the shop could help with a cvt transmission that is slipping. The man we spoke to was very honest about what it was going to take and advised us that it would be better to just take it to the dealer.

I've been looking for a great auto repair shop in El Paso and found it. My main issues that were taken care of were alternator replacement, leaking steering fluid, and a sliding passenger door that wouldn't open. 2010 Oddessy Van. Rick at the Alameda location kept me updated on quotes, timelines, and repairs completed by certified master mechanics. Fair price and great communication.

I was having problems with my Honda pilot AC not cooling and took it to El Paso Honda twice first time was a "HOSE" then my "COMPRESSOR" was bad. Then the guy tells me compressor is backorder.. So I then call JAYS AUTOMOTIVE and spoke to Rick told him what's going on. RICK tells me bring it in and let us see what might be the problem. Well guess what not the "compressor"just that El Paso Honda did fill the Freon properly. it was low about 5oz,and now that Jay's automotive fix,filled and inspected,everything is working 💪 strong and cold!!!! Will recommend to everyone 👍 👌
