I was not impressed. I gave the wife all details when making the appointment and upon picking up the car he was not aware. I was charged for things I already knew/paid for and my was not fixed.

I am new to the area and had a hard time finding someone who was able to figure out what was going on with my car. Jay's Auto service fit me into the schedule quickly, was able to help me realize what was going on with my car and which parts were needed, and the cost was very reasonable! They were very professional and courteous, and Jay even talked me through everything that was going on. I would absolutely recommend!

My husband and I been having J work on our vehicles for awhile now. I brought a new Ram Promaster van a couple of years ago for work. I've had some issues with it, but the lastest one was noise like something was loose on front end. It was a constant noise no matter how smooth road was. I took it to 2 dealerships that suppose to be experts on their vehicles. Both said they couldn't pin point source of noise. Both said struts all they could figure. So I let them install struts and that did Nothing for noise. J replaced their strut and the noise was gone, but dealership claimed their strut wasn't the problem. So glad J stopped the noise that I've been dealing with for months. Many dealerships are not worth the bother anymore. Overpriced for worthless service. J stand behind his work. I Highly recommend him!!

I can’t speak for the service, but I support anyone who helps the community. This company went out of their way and was able to donate spark plugs to the local Cub Scout pack so that we could make our own trophies for our Pinewood Derby.
