I needed new brakes and new tires for my Acura and decided it was time to stop paying high prices at the dealership. This shop is very knowledgeable, very transparent with diagnoses, and very thorough with their app communication. I highly recommend them. And PS, Kim in the office is a rockstar!

This was an absolute fail from start to finish (even though they didn’t finish). If you have a Ram truck save yourself time and frustration and bring it elsewhere, based on previous reviews and my personal experience they do not have the talent to work on these trucks. I brought my Ram 1500 in and explained in detail what was wrong. About an hour later I get a call from the woman behind the desk asking me to bring in a part that I had purchased (break petal sensor). I bring it in and again explain to her why I bought the part and what happened to my original part. I leave and get another call saying they’re too busy and will work on it tomorrow. Fine. The next day rolls around and by 3pm I call into them for an update. This is where my frustration starts. The “desk lady” says the person who was working on my truck went home sick half way through working on it, working in the interior may I add, and that he did not leave her any notes so she wanted to keep it over the weekend and put another hour into it. I asked if she planned on asking me before tacking on an extra hour ($180 after tax) and she seemed shocked by the question. By this point I was very skeptical of the quality of this shop. The appearance was pretty bad but it’s a mechanic so I didn’t think anything of it but then the quality and knowledge of the staff solidified the red flag. So I tell her I’m just going to come pick it up because I was uncomfortable with their business. 20 minutes later I arrive and when I walk in she tells me the mechanic said everything was good, the break lights work properly and the sensor had been installed. (Some miracle right?). I get it home and have my fiancée check the lights while I use the petal. What do you know.. NOT WORKING.. the lights just stay on. After a quick self diagnosis and YouTube I pull the break petal slightly toward the driver seat ( a millimeter past the normal resting point) and they go off. Press the break again and release and they stay on, slight extra release and they turn off. The mechanic FAILED TO RESET/RELEARN THE SENSOR TO THE FULLY RELEASED POSITION SO THE COMPUTER KNOWS WHEN MY FOOT IS OFF THE BREAK. There is a video on YouTube illustrating this EXACT situation. They are closed by now so I call in first thing Monday morning and the desk lady who seems to have under par industry knowledge says that the mechanic MUST have reset it but, what do you know, it’s not in his notes. I ask her if I can bring it in and hook it up to the computer to reset the limit and she gives me the run around. Way to busy it’ll have to wait till Friday. Not only is that dangerous that other drivers can’t tell when I’m breaking because they did a poor job but I had already paid them. This company does not stand by their work. I have never had such a frustrating experience with what I understood to be professionals. Far from it. Save your money. Update: a couple weeks later and for less money then these “professionals” charged I was able to get a scanner and software and reset the brake position sensor myself. No more error lights, no more messages. Truly disgusted that these people scammed me for almost $200 and did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. They should be taken off google until they get their staff up to date on industry knowledge. Bottom line, if you have a Ram, keep it far away from this garage.

I was happy with the oil change and filter replacement, however I was informed when my car was ready for pickup that I was low on brake fluid and one other thing, why not address these issues when the car was there?

I had them work on my remote start for my Dodge truck because it was not working. I got it back, and now it was working when ever and how ever, sometimes when i get back to my truck it is running. I was giving so much BS stories why it was doing that, that i was amazed. Don't lie to me tell me you can't fix it and we take it from there. Making up BS never works out good. I will never go back to them.
