Been coming here for years after another local big mechanic didn't know what was wrong with my car and said it's where they took their cars... so why not go to the source? They have saved my car on more than one occasion (my car isn't KNOWN for being a well made model) and with reasonable prices. Added Bonuses: friendly staff, always honest and upfront, never tries to sell you a "new air filter" when it doesn't actually need replacing.

Beware: This business is full of thieves and criminals!!!!We took our Lexus Cts to Jay' Daltons because my husband was under the assumption that they were honest and fair. We had a blown head gasket and had it towed to the shop. 3000.00 later, and with an air-tight warranty a week later, we picked up the car. It ran great until it blew again a week later. We had it towed back to Jay Daltons thinking they would honor the warranty. They wouldn't even take a look at it and stated it wasn't their work and told us to have it removed! They took our money and washed their hands!!! This place is NOT what they claim to be. Save your money and go anywhere else. Upon reading my review, the technician was very unprofessional and resorted to name calling!I am also receiving hateful comments from the top technician. The truth must have really upset them!

I drop off my car at 8am. I don’t get a call, so I call back at 3pm. I’m told they will check it out and will get a call. I never received a call. I’ve been going here for over 8 years and will not return. I’m disappointed at the lack of service and how this place has gone downhill.

Very professional being a tech for 15 years. Was 400 miles away home with no tools. had a small issues with my check engine light was misfiring found the issue pretty quickly was a easy fix shops was extremely clean people were nice.

A need arose to fix a power steering issue with my vehicle I contacted and visited two other garages for the repair. The other establishments were either to backed up or were not interested in doing the repair. It was suggested that I visit Jay's as they did reputable work. I arrived early in the morning and they were able to do the job, complete it the same day and when it came time to pay Jay's was lower then the other estimates that I received. Thank you to the office staff for a courtesy call keeping we up to date on the status of repair. Also to the mechanic for a fine job repairing my vehicle and getting me back on the road. I will definitely use Jay Dalton for future repairs as well as refer them out as someone did for me.

EXCELLENT & SINCERE Customer Service from all staff. It's Family friendly environment. Mr. Jay Dalton treated me as if I was his family member. He drove my car to diagnosis the issue, then he came back to the shop to pick me up to ensure that we were hearing the same thing. Mr. Dalton gave me two estimates on the issue so that I could choose which route I wanted to take to resolve the issue. He personally handled me with care, concern & respect. I am so very GRATEFUL to God for sending me to Kay Dalton's Auto Tech! I will take my two cars and recommend all of my family & friends to take their vehicles there from now on. Thanks Jay!!!!!

Jay Dalton auto received my car by tow and had it up and running by the next day. My car needed an AC compressor replacement because my compressor had locked up and i no longer had the option of putting it off. My car drove off the lot more smooth than it has ever been. It no longer made the squealing noice I was so used to. And best of all, my AC was blowing strong and cold. I'm extremely satisfied and impressed with their services even down to the super friendly receptionist who was very knowledgeable and really helped to put my worries at ease. Thank you Jay Dalton auto for providing what a car owner needs and expects when dealing with their means of transportation.

Mr. J Dalton and his associates were eating at fat dogs on March 31st 2022. The waitress made a terrible mistake with the bill. Mr. Dalton and his colleagues gave the waitress the hardest time you can ever imagine, over $1.74. They want free food they downgraded her and they called her out of her name while she was trying to fix the bill. Now if Mr. Dalton and his colleagues act this way all the time. I will never bring my car to the location for service. Because they were extremely unprofessional rude and belligerent. With that kind of attitude I would never do business with them and I advise no one else should

Went here to get my radiator replaced, the price was the best I could find on this type of repair which was good. However I didn't get a call from them when my car was finished- I had to call at 5p to see if my car was ready and if I could get it before they closed. Also, after the radiator was replaced, my car started to get a leak from my transmission cooler lines which connects to the radiator that I had to take to Cottman transmissions to repair. Wouldn't recommend
