I had a nail in my tire Friday at 4:00 pm . I went to Jarrett Gordon in Winter Haven and Shannon greeted me and took care of me right away . They were able to patch my tire. I returned on Wednesday with my tire sensor fault light on . They replaced it no charge . Kim always provides the best customer service and I appreciate everyone there . They were short courtesy drivers but all worked together to get me a ride back to work and picked me up to get my car. Thank you for taking such good care of me ! A place that really cares!

Estas 2 estrellas son única y exclusivamente por un chico que está en el área de servicio que te ayuda con todo. Súper gentil. Pero el señor y la señorita que están al frente para atender los clientes deberían estar en sus casas xq de verdad para atender a los clientes no son nada amables y te responden de muy mala gana. No recomiendo que vayan a este sitio

So I know there is a problem with some swollen lug nuts n the fords and I was told at an oil change and tire rotation that my lug nuts were swollen and they wanted to charge me close to $200 to change out my lug nuts. I declined and took it home to look at it myself. The socket fits fine so I did the rotation myself and torqued them down with no issues. I feel that they were trying to charge me for something I don’t need so watch closely if you choose to use them for anything.

Great experience at Jarrett-Gordon. Jeff Ryan was our salesperson and he took good care of us. We had tried working with other dealerships and were very disappointed. We had to drive a little farther to get what we wanted but Jeff made the process smooth and easy and well worth the drive. Loving our new Navigator! Thanks Jeff Ryan!

I scheduled an 8 A.M. appointment for routine maintenance over the phone, I showed up and the guy working Saturday 5/22 pretty much called me a liar saying they don’t schedule oil changes on Saturday. There are plenty of other Ford service centers, I’d recommend going to a different one.

Went in because the car over the weekend had the wrong battery in it. They replaced free of charge, but 2 hour wait for a battery was pretty daunting. Good coffee though.
