I had the pleasure of visiting Japanese Automotive Repair and Services, and I am beyond impressed with the level of service I received. Not only did they provide excellent mechanical work, but they were also considerate of my time, completing the job efficiently without compromising quality. On top of that, their prices are the best I’ve seen—affordable and transparent. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service. BEST Shop in town. I took my Acura TL in for inspection and received the best service I have seen in a shop. They did the inspection and called me within 2 hours. He talked to me about what was wrong and what he suggested to repair. He gave me a very fair quote for an engine replacement.Even though I didn’t move forward with the repairs he was the nicest man I have seen in an automotive shop..I highly recommend this shop for any Japanese auto repair.

I recently had the suspension on my Tundra repaired at Japanese Automotive Repair and Services LLC, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! Not only was the repair done quickly, but it was also significantly more affordable than going to the Toyota dealership on Wetmore. The team was professional, efficient, and clearly knew their stuff. My check engine light came on while in Tucson, so on a referral from a trusted friend, I went to Japanese Auto Repair. I was so impressed with Kalani's honesty. Gave me a complete estimate, prioritized the importance of what i would need to have done. I have a 2002 sequoia that's not ready for car heaven. Had a tie rod replaced and will definitely go back to have other repairs done! Fair prices, great work with military discounts. Highly recommend without a doubt. Thanks Kalani, you're awesome!

Kyle & Kalani provided outstanding service throughout the whole way as they installed new rear brake shoes and leaf springs on my 2004 Tacoma. They even called me to let me know my rear brakes were still fairly new so super honest mechanics. Top-notch automotive repair work at an excellent price. Best Japanese mechanics in Tucson by far so don’t hesitate to use them!

Kyle was very kind and helpful. He did my oil change in like 30 mins! And talked to me about other things that will need to be worked on, all while letting me know a time line of when it will need to be fixed. Loved that. Thank you Kyle!

Took my 2017 Outback in for new brakes because the service department at Tucson Subaru said I needed new brakes. The guys at Japanese Automotive Repair said I had approx 7mm left and there was no reason to do a brake job at this time. They also did a full synthetic oil change and replaced the filter for half the cost of Tucson Subaru. I will definitely be giving Japanese Automotive Repair my future business.

Without a doubt, this is the best shop in town. Kalanie and Kyle are very helpful and honest. They do an amazing job; the prices are fair and legitimate. You can trust them 100% that your vehicle will be fixed right the first time, and you won't be overcharged. Don't think twice about bringing your car to them, and ask your friends and family to do so as well.

I had been struggling for a while trying to figure out why my car wouldn’t start just throwing parts at it (1995 accord LX) and finally decided to take it somewhere these guys seemed really knowledgeable and they’re very reasonably priced and it was fixed the very next day lmao no bs nothing but positive things to say about this place I’d definitely recommend coming here 👍🏿😁

I just noticed them this week down the block from my house. I was in need of an inspection to decide on further repairs or not, I love my Honda Crv and it was so helpful to have experts check it out. The place is really nice and the guys are super nice and helpful and have a big background in what they are doing. Support local! Support nice people who don’t want to up charge you!

Honest shop that specializes in Toyota and other Japanese vehicles. I had my AC serviced and other maintenance completed. It's Veteran owned and they give Military and First Rrsponder discounts.

My Camry wouldn't pass emissions due to a check engine light. Not only did they solve my problem but also inspected my Camry and noticed one of my tail lights was out and saved me money on potential traffic tickets definitely a trustworthy shop.
