I don't believe there's another independent Lexus/Toyota shop that can do a more professional job than Audie. My 1998 Lexus SC300 with 86K miles was due for the 90K mile service of timing belt and, as recommended, the water pump. While doing the job, Audie advised replacing the factory radiator because the plastics were showing age and he would not charge labor to install a new one in its place. So, a completely new cooling system on my SC300 now given both hoses were also replaced. The car runs great and was returned with absolutely no surface grease stains on the steering wheel or floor mat because Audie took care of covering them just as you would see done at the dealer. All in all, this shop and the Audie/Carlene team rock!!

Amazing Experience at Japanese Auto Care South. They are the best around without a doubt. Honest and know what the best care is for your Japanese car. They use original fluids for maintenance and original parts for repairs I believe also. Owned by a couple that are lovely. I would trust them with my car anytime.

My car, a 2013 Odessy minivan, was having issues with the ABS breaking system that resulted in spongy brakes. My usual mechanic suggested I go to the local Honda dealership to deal with the problem because Honda ABS parts have computer chips that must be coded to the car. My mechanic gave me the printout of the errors code to bring to the dealer. I took the van to dealer who charged me a bundle to replace another expensive brake part, the master cylinder and a brake flush. After a hefty bill, the car worked for a few days, then the brakes were spongy again. It turns out the part has been on a national backorder for months with no delivery date. I assume that the dealership knew this and hoped that the master cylinder would fix my brake problems. I gave up waiting for the new part. Japanese Auto was able to find a used part, that has a 6 month warranty. They did not charge me to order the part and also inspected the part before they would install it. My van is working again and parts and labor were significantly less than the dealer. They also gave me the part that they removed so that I can inspect it if I want. After examining the ABS module that was removed, Japanese Auto was happy to recycle the used part for me if I was willing. I will definitely return if I have an issue with my Honda that requires their expertise. Forget the dealership who keeps insisting that 2013 Honda with 120K is an old car that needs to be replaced!

Not even exaggerating this has been my best experience at a mechanic thankfully I have good car and I’m blessed to not be there often but I used to always have to be at the mechanic so I know how it is he’s fine people are very professional punctual and their prices make you feel that you are being treated fairly I would recommend this placeTo anyone looking for similar service like this .
