UNTRUSTWORTHY. I brought my vehicle in because it was pulling to the left when driving straight. The assessment to correct this problem was to change my brake pads and rotors. I paid about $1,200 for the brake change and the next day my vehicle began pulling in the opposite direction (to the right as the result of them rotating my tires). They determined that it was actually caused by my tires needing to be replaced, which caused me to have to pay another $1,000 to actually fix the problem. Prior to speaking with this mechanic, the brakes on my sonata were fully functional and did not have a squeal in the manner that would indicate that it needed a brake pad replacement. After they changed my brakes, suddenly there's a squeal that was not there before. Additionally, on my return visit they stated that there was no oil in my vehicle which leads me to believe that they drained the oil because I regularly perform oil maintenance, and my vehicle has an oil light that would have registered if the oil was abnormally low. After I left their establishment my oil was low when it was not before. I don't trust this place and I will not be bringing my vehicle back here.

BAD SERVICE dont go this place that are a thief ,they charge a lot and they don't Fix anything . And the asian Lady she is really rude.👎👎👎 everything u said are lies. Next time take care the families, almost i have an accident do not thing about the your business please.🙏🙏🙏

Customer service is exceptional, came in for my jeep Cherokee batteries changed out And they were changed in a timely man or didn't take long at all. I've been coming to James auto care for years now and I don't plan on going anywhere else! Matt and his dad James always take care of me.

I didn’t know exactly what was wrong with my car but I knew I needed help. Matt and his team were very knowledgeable and took care of my car. It doesn’t shake anymore and they found a few other things that needed to be taken care of so we went ahead and knocked that out as well. Thank again for reassuring me that I was in good hands!

Best shop in Jersey Village! I had a problem with my battery and they didn’t even charge me to take a look at it, they diagnosed, code scanned and checked my battery and charging system all for free before installing a new battery for me. They have excellent service, definitely would go back.

All I can express is regardless of how much you might want to trust and take the word of another person. It's still better to get a second or third opinion sometimes. Because this business is quick to say its The Rack and pinion and I mean very quick not just 1 vehicle or 2 vehicles but 3 different ones. I just hope their not the ones staging the scene.

Had the timing belt and harmonic balancer installed on my is300 Matt was very knowledgeable and helpful he even suggested to replace a sensor at no extra labor cost will for sure come back for future repairs.

I had an issue with my care and I took it to James Auto Care and they fixed it for me and didn’t charge me anything. Idk that I’ve ever been to a car shop where they actually fixed my car the first time and didn’t charge me!

I went and had my transmission fluid replaced. It was at around 4pm so I didn't know of they would take me because I'm told it takes a little while so I called up there. Franky, I believe his name was, answered the phone and said that they could still squeeze me in. He was very welcoming and even the shop owner came to check on me and asked if I needed anything.Great customer service experience and Franky was efficient and still helped me out with keeping my car maintained.

I’m highly disappointed in this business, I brought my car in for them to fix a hood latch that they broke while fixing another part on my car. Not satisfied with how everything turned out.

Took two months to fix body work that he didn't finish properly there was still damage done to my door and hood that wasn't fixed. I have a part on the front of my hood that is bumped up for some reason that wasn't like that before. And I live 3 hours away so getting back and forth isn't the easiest to do. Caused a problem to where my car didn't want to start or run properly and then tried to blame it on he didn't have enough time to fix it when he was never rushed.i wouldn't go back or recommend.
