This has gotta be one of the best shops I’ve ever gone to. Absolutely excellent service - went from getting in touch about getting a set of tires and hearing back with a quote to driving off with them in like an hour and a half. Quality experience that was beyond affordable.

These guys are Fast and professional. They got my tires done in what must be record time and under budget. They would have gotten an alignment done but their person was out sick. They may be looking for a new alignment person if anyone is looking for work. I would recommend calling or applying in person. Enjoy!

Service is terrible, left a man standing there on crutches for 10 minutes while the guy just sat there doing nothing. Guy was very rude and unprofessional I waited for 15 minutes and was in a hurry and told me to hold my horses. I walked out the door.

Jambo is a real good Christian man and he works with his son and he too is a very good guy! I have bought several tires from them and they always stand behind their work! If you need a good used tire, I highly recommend you go to Jambo Arts Tire Company on Washington Pike

Came in on a whim to get new tires, they didn't have my tires at first but got me some really quickly. The owner's son put them on and was friendly and efficient. I felt the price was fair.

Fast service, reliable, very professional, priced reasonable and customer service is definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had in awhile. Ed is the guy that helped me, he was helpful and was open to answer questions I had about my tires when I wasn’t sure. Honestly one of the main reasons I’d give this place 5 stars is because: walking into a place like this being a woman, usually feels very awkward and uncomfortable, a lot of times you ask too many questions and guys look at you like you’re stupid, this place didn’t give off that vibe and I appreciate that! Looking forward to do business with again.

Owner is incredibly nice, they got my tires mounted a balanced in under an hour, and they’re low profile so very pleased. Also not so much as a mark on any wheels, I’ve been to shops that scratched or scuffed wheels before. Totally will go back in the future.

The folks at jambo are the absolute best,my wife is disabled and from the minute we pulled up they went above and beyond to make her comfortable,the prices were exceptional and they were very professional about mounting the tires on our cadillac word's can't describe how friendly and kind these guys are they have my business for life.
