I have been coming to this auto center for many years and my reason is the mechanic John he is wonderful and honest I no longer live near but I only let him work on my car and my daughter car so I travel there to get my cat fixed

Jahnke Road Auto Care Center is my number one go to and my one stop shop to have anything looked at or fixed on my vehicle. I highly recommend this place and of course John the mechanic for honesty, fair pricing, and knowledge of everything and anything that is vehicle related. Reliable mechanic shops are hard to come by, I am happy to have found mine.

The service at JRACC is the best! John was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He understood the issue and resolved the problem within a few hours, and at a great price. I would definitely recommend JRACC!

Had to take back my Jeep the following day. When I picked it up the first day I didn't get to Chippenham Pkwy. before check engine light came on and it was still running badly and cutting off. The second trip ended somewhat better with the exception of someone stole my small air compressed !

Ive never had a more frustrating experience with a repair shop. after 3 days of my car being there, he told me (while laughing) that they never even looked at it because they couldn’t find it in the parking lot. I make money in my car, every day i don’t have it is a day I’m not making money. $300-$500 out the window and hes laughing in my face about it. also when i first dropped the car off he refused to give me an ETA. I would have gotten myself a rental if i knew it would have been that long.

This was the first time I took my car here and never again.This place is awful. I watched one of the foreign people backed in to a truck and damaged a car. They lie about prices to get money. I never had a oil leak until I came here. Sneaky dirty looking foreigns. They're not good on working on cars. They are stressing the white owner out.

I have been going here for at least 5 or 6 years with my last 2 cars. My go to mechanic is John. He does good work , he's shown himself to be honest and fair. Although it sounds simple , that can be hard to find. As long as I'm in the area I will be going here even when I get a new car . I will admit they can get VERY busy... I feel busier than other places, be prepared to wait especially if you have a specific mechanic you'd rather have do the work.

I was recommended by a family friend to go to Jahnke Road Auto Care Center, and I’m glad that I did. My Mom needed a new motor mount on her car and the service tech Will that works there took great care of her. The entire staff is professional, courteous, and the prices are almost unbelievable. I highly recommend them.

I’m giving 5 starts. Their sister shop, Richmond Auto Clinic next door, is equally great. Lauren pointed out a leak from on my engine cap seal and even filled my oil up temporarily (until I can come in after weekend) and gave me the best price quote in the region. Excellent mechanics to do the work. Unbelievable how hard it is to come by honest mechanics these days. 280 for a job that costs 4/500. Please give them your service!

I have recently used jank road Auto Care center and they are professional fast and efficient Sunny is a very reasonable guy and the only mechanic I have dealt with personally is Jacob and I would recommend anyone to use their services he is an excellent mechanic

This place is great! Everyone was friendly & very efficient. John took great care of my car, getting me in & out in less than 30 minutes! I will definitely be coming back for my car needs!
