Absolutely incompetent.. I went in and directly told them that I needed the steering wheel adjusted due to a leveling kit installation. And just told me yeah, yeah, yeah, like he knew better than everything I was saying.. then told me they got it done and did not. Thank goodness.I found a competent group to take care of the issue properly. The pic shows how far off it still was after their alignment . These guys are HORRIBLE

First time going there, it was recommended by my mechanic and what a great experience! I took in my husband's car and it had been having an issue that our mechanic couldn't find. I was super busy that day and completely forgot to mention it to these guys. What a wonderful surprise when he brought back the car and told me that he took it for a test drive and had noticed that there was a loose strut that was making all kinds of noise and he tightened it. All without my ever asking him or even mentioning it! The only thing I didn't care for is that they don't have a real waiting room, it's just 2 chairs and they are very cramped, right next to the door in a freezing office, without really any room to do anything besides read. So cramped, that it would have been very uncomfortable if anybody else had been waiting too. But I'm sure that's one of the reasons I like the price so much🙂 always a plus when a business exceeds your expectations, can't wait to bring my own vehicle

Be careful here, especially foreign car owners. These guys are terrible listeners to their customer (almost a customer in my case). I just tried to relay to whoever answered the phone about why I, as the ‘almost’ customer, and the detailed and attentive owner of my German car, what I think could be wrong with my alignment and what caused the problem when I was abruptly cut off with: , “ah ah ah , I don’t need to know all that just get the car in here sometime next week and will take a look at it for you, okay??!!??”… concluding his sudden interruption with a rude and unprofessional tone. In my experience with modern mechanics, this is the type of interaction that gives me a clue that in fact, I will NOT get a good service or a good troubleshoot from this shop; Laziness has no patience or temperament of mind to listen to you as a customer. Don’t let a person like this work on your car. It’s likely he’ll use other subtle tones of assurance, and then you’ll work it out in your head that work has been done on your car when it probably hasn’t (At least not to the level of detail that it should). Don’t be like common people who give good ratings because they were emotionally charmed to do it by a quick talker. Ensure they do the work and listen to you as a customer. You’ve been warned.

I made an appointment for AWD alignment. When I got there I was initially told to come back the next day, but because I had an appointment they serviced me. I never got the name of the men, but they were cordial enough for mechanics. I would say it's trustworthy for a single female, but bring a male.

I will never go anywhere else in Colorado Springs for a alignment except Jack's. I have a car that was in a hit and run, I have brought it to multiple shops, waisted tons of money having these shops basically tell me they can't do anything for me. I should have just came here first to save time and money. Pat is legendary. He was able to do to what no one else was willing to do. Not only did he align my broken vehicle, it was able to make a trip to Florida. And on top of that, I was able to drive it from Florida back to Colorado. I had zero problems with the tread on my tires, and I am still driving it! Simply amazing how they gave me exactly what I wanted, and they do it for a fraction of the cost of other places. HANDS DOWN BEST ALIGNMENT SHOP IN COLORADO SPRINGS! THANKS PAT!

Honestly best customer service I’ve ever experienced with an alignment place ! I was 10 min late with my appointment he didn’t mind it at all ! I sat down to wait in the lobby and he offered to put his ac machine in the office ! Talk about caring for others ! Great service! Ans most importantly awesome customer service!

I’ve been here a number of times with several different cars including an old Porsche, they are honest people and are good at what they do for a fair price, they never tried to upsell me something I didn’t need. I recall one time I brought in a VW Golf that had the slightest pull to the right thinking it just needed an alignment. The guy working there found that one of my control arms was ever so slightly bent, probably from a pothole. He even brought me out to visually show me on the car where and how it was bent. Then instead of trying to sell me new control arms he stated that the alignment was just fine and said that since it was so slight that it wasn’t anything to worry about and let me go free of charge. I’ve been coming back ever since for alignments when I have suspension work done.

My first visit,( by referral ) my cost was reasonable for the work I had done. It was nice to know they don't use aftermarket products. Life time warranty on my parts. I will go back. They are Honest and Straightforward.

My car had a tough day and needed an alignment....my mechanic told me that Jack's is the BEST!!!🎆🎆 And they are awesome! I would trust them not only with my car but also I would trust them to be fair and honest with my mother and daughter's car also. Good guys and in higg demand so be prepared and make an appt.

Always great service, and the only place I trust with my Mustang (and the only one that didn't stammer when I mentioned caster/camber plates and custom specs I wanted to use). Most recently, I had them do my F150. A bad pitman arm and idler precluded the alignment on my first visit, and I was invited in to see the worn parts. I replaced the idler myself and had Jack's do the pitman arm. When picked up, the alignment was dead on. No unnecessary work was recommended, nothing was overlooked, and I was able to stay and wait if I wanted. No idea what other reviewers are referring to on those points. Recommended.

Just took our third car to Jack’s Alignment. First two were for alignment third was for repair due to sliding on ice. One of the kids hitting the curb damaging front wheel and some steering components. Pat and the team checked out damage provided estimate very affordable and ready to go the next day! These guys do it right first time every time. Absolutely best referral ever! Thank you Pat and team!

Had my Dodge Ram in for an alignment. It was pulling left and the steering column was about 10 degrees to the right. It's perfect now! serviceeverything was aligned

I had new tires put on my truck and the next day I took it to Jack's Alignment for a front end alignment. Supposedly a front end alignment was performed but I discovered with my next tire rotation (4,000 miles) that my new tires were cupping. My ball joints and tie rods were bad and needed to be replaced. It was not noted at the time of alignment. How can a front end alignment be performed with bad ball joints and tie rods. I would have gladly had both replaced if I had known they were bad.
