I experienced a very bad problem, my car stalled on the road and could not be started, I found this repair shop at night and asked him to call a tow truck for me, and finally waited for a night and a few hours during the day. The tow truck came to his repair shop and finally diagnosed that my car's drive was broken. Without checking any other places, they arbitrarily judged the fault problem and quoted me a price of eight hundred dollars. They deceived me like a fool. There are many problems with this shop on the Internet, but I still chose to trust him and asked him to repair it. In the end, he gave me an astonishing price, saying that the drive was four hundred dollars. I think it is too expensive to come to such a conclusion without checking any place. I changed to the repair shop next door and spent two hundred dollars to replace it. The black man next door charged me $150 for repairs, and in the end the car was not fixed, so I needed to pay to tow the car away. The repairman in their shop charged me $59 for inspection, but he misjudged the problem, which cost me more money. This is simply a black shop. Please don't send your car to the people here for repairs, or you will pay a heavy price. Such repair shops are just to cheat more money. If your car breaks down, don't ask them to repair it. You must find some places with good reviews. Such places are simply scams. Don't let them cheat you of your money, unless you are a fool. Good mechanics will not ask you for the so-called diagnostic fees, and even pumping up your tires is free of charge. But this place is just a scam, they don't know how to repair cars, they are just to cheat you of your money.

The 5 star reviews are fake!!! These people are super unprofessional and did a terrible job on an engine swap. They put an automatic engine in a manual vehicle, and then they didn’t use the old motor wiring harness. Instead they used the new wiring harness from the new engine. Then they wondered why the vehicle wouldn’t start with the key. Come to find out later that the problem was that they were trying to use the wiring harness that goes to an automatic instead of the original wiring harness. By the time I found out what was wrong, they of course had already discarded my old engine and old wiring harness. They also had done a poor job on the rest of the engine. They had lines unhooked, bolts off. I’m surprised I was even able to drive 30 minutes away when I finally came to get it, and I had to park it because it was driving so badly. I called them later and they tried to say that they did use the old wiring harness. That’s not true because if they had, it would have been the correct one. Not to mention how unprofessional they run their shop. They’ve got 2 or 3 mechanics who literally live there. And they also have tons of trash all over the place. They will also charge 5x the real cost of the parts. They’re sketchy as hell. Don’t trust them with your money. I got burned $1,500 more than I should have paid them.

They were a blessing to me as I was driving through town late at night and had an issue arise with my truck. They were able to bring it into the garage, get it looked at and fixed within an hour and I was back on the road. 5 stars.

Pros: I wish to say thank you for your service in the military Julius and family. I can only give a one star due to what's listed above. Cons: Unfortunately, I cannot give a complete job well done nor a 5 star rating. It was disheartening not to receive a response from Julius after informing him of the news. There were major issues arised with my '97 S-10 Chevy braking system after the work that was completed from the front end to the rear end braking system after your repairs. It was recommended that the only thing left was an alignment because your repair shop isn't equipped to do. You informed me once I get someone to complete the alignment I would be good to go. That I wouldn't have anymore issues for a long while and no more pulling hard to the right or popping noise when I drive, no more leaf springs issues, no more issues with the ABS module, etc.. You and Mel made a promise to me over and over that I was in excellent care. Well, that's not the case I received several calls from the alignment repair shop. There are some major issues that I felt should've been discovered and replaced of which all linked to the repairs you stated that were completed while in your care. I'm a very patience and understanding woman during the whole two week process and expensive cost that Mel put in the work but.. I'm left with a higher bill than when it all started from your repair shop to complete more repairs or have it towed to my house and parked because it's unsafe to drive. The braking system from the front to the rear of my pickup was completely destroyed etc.. After receiving the latest calls again this evening from the alignment repair shop, down right broke my heart. I appreciate you fellas trying to help but, I will not be returning for the re-detailing of getting the motor oil off my seats, all inside my truck, a dead battery caused during the detailing crew so I was told by Mel, and etc.. That happened during your care. I will not return next year to have the inside renovations completed nor the new paint on the outside of my truck by your repair shop. My S-10 is my pride and joy since 1997 (I told you all that in several of our conversations) with the additional expensives my future plans to enter my truck in next year's car shows and parades has caused great heartache, disbelief, and financial hardship. I wish you all wellness and blessings throughout your military careers.

do not bring your vehicle here if you need more then a wiper replaced, they will scam you out of thousands and move your car to other shops without telling you, give you the run around and keep your car for months and refuse to give you your money back when you catch them in a lie ****UPDATE**** I have already spoken to Freddy, Dexter, Chris (the mechanic that lied and stole thousands) and everyone said oh trust them they will get it taken care of and months later nothing he sent a couple hundred back then no longer responded, if you want to reach out me to all of them have my number and know who I am, ready to post all the screenshots and audio recordings of all them lying

I had been having issues with my car cutting off at lights, losing power on highways, doors locking & unlocking while driving, just crazy things. Fake 5 star reviews. Do. Not. Come. Here. Brought my near perfect condition car in for a tiny spark plug replacement, and after waiting for the “Diagnostic” he tries profiling me by getting a Spanish speaker to tell me they “found a bigger problem” by showing me a fake dipstick reading from my transmission he tells me I need a new trans, after I realize I’ve waisted my time with a scammer I say bye and I say never mind I don’t want my car here, he then urges me to reconsider and at least help him out after the attempted scam with the “minimum $60 diagnosing fee” which Im assuming he’s talking about walking around my car with a broken android tablet that wasn’t even on or ever connected to my cars OBD2 AT ALL. basically, this guy failed the easiest scam test. Just desperate to scam, didn’t fix anything, didn’t even look at what I said needed fixing. 0/0

I wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible experience. Said they could fix truck, they couldn’t. Over $2200 for nothing. After 3 weeks they said have towed to Chevy dealership. Towing and test at our expense with no guarantee. Wanted us to spend another 2-3 hundred dollars after 3 weeks of them saying they could fix it. . Your response is not accurate. You offered to have it towed at my expense. If the fix didn’t work you agreed to pay for half. My daughter and I both posted.

I’m wondering if all these reviews are fake? Possibly made by family and friends? Not sure but what I do know is they charge people hundreds to thousands of dollars and then do not fix the problem. They also allegedly drive your car around without your permission. They will threaten to sue you if you have anything to say about them taking your money and not fixing the problem. Be careful dealing with these folks!!

I called these guys at 7:55 pm on a friday & they close at 8 not expecting them to not even answer the phone. My cv axle was busted along with the lower & upper control arm & they told me to bring it in & they'd have it fixed today. The mechanic "Mr Fidel" stayed late getting it fixed & I got the truck back the same day. Other shops told me it would be Monday before they could even start on it. The pice they charged me was the same price I was quoted for just fixing the cv axle but they also replaced the upper & lower control arms for that same price. These guys are amazing, knowledgeable & provide quality prompt service. They gained a new repeat client.

Jackport Express Auto Repairs are an excellent bunch of professionals, I had a couple of issues with my Land Rover, helped me tow it at an affordable rate, and the charges for the services were affordable.
