Amazing customer service. I’m extremely satisfied after having some work done on my 2001 Tacoma this last week. Great price for the work done. I had an alignment, replaced tires, and replaced front end components. They had to source a few parts for my specific repairs but even still had everything done in a timely manner. I could go on with the positive feedback but I’ll just wrap it up, I’m so thankful to have a mechanic I can trust. Thank you again.

I took my car in for several lights on the dash, engine, ABS and we added an oil change. It’s a VW and uses only full synthetic. They were able to reset all of the lights, nothing wrong, just lights being attention seekers, and change the oil under $100. Zero charge for the lights that they could have told me literally everything needed replaced. Find a good mechanic that you can trust 100% and your life will be much easier.

First time customer. Had an oil change and they even rotated my tires. Friendly staff and good price. They didn’t try to sell me on other services but made me aware of a couple of issues that could be addressed on my next visit. Overall, very satisfied and I will return.

This is one of the better experiences I've had with automotive repair businesses. Barrett was super polite and professional on the phone, answered all my questions, gave me a quote, and started paperwork on my vehicle even though I wasn't sure when/if I'd be in. I showed up on a super busy morning (8 am-ish), due to various issues (none within their control). Barrett was up front with me, and didn't make any promises, even suggested that I might need to come back the next day for the alignment. I left the car there, and shortly after noon someone called me and said my car was done. The alignment has a one-year warranty, which isn't always the case, depending on where you go. Also, they applied a military discount.

I called in this morning July 20th, 2024 and spoke to a young man Jack about a tire repair! He was extremely polite, attentive, and professional. I asked him if there was a wait time and he explained not at the moment, I let him know that I had to be to work by 10 am and he let me know he would do his very best to get me in and out as quickly as possible and he did just that. I have never experienced such great customer service from the time I called, came in and out the door. All of the staff was amazing. Thank you for such a a great experience. If y'all want honest, fair, professional work done on your vehicle, go to Jack Furrier Tire & Auto Care. They are hands down the best auto shop in town. They are kind, courteous, respectful, easy to talk to. They don't try to pressure/guilt trip you into anything that you aren't comfortable with, don't want or don't need. They go above and beyond the call of duty for their customers. This latest visit is my third time going to them (Oil change and power steering o-ring replacement). Everytime, they have my car feeling like it just rolled off the showroom floor. They have definitely made a life long customer out of me. Thank You SOOOOOOOO very much guys! You're the best!!! 🥰😊

I must say. I needed a pit stop for a company truck that I drive. My brakes were going out. Our regular shop is usually three to five days. Jack furrier on 22nd got it done in one full day. I'm impressed.

Place was good until I took my jetta in for an oil change recently, they informed me they could not change my oil because my nut was stripped and I need a new oil pan , took it back where I had the oil changed last and they showed me absolutely nothing was wrong and they changed my oil no problem.

Took My tire in for flat repair. Did it in a timely manner even put my spare away. I have a pickup which is very hard to do. Great guys here.
