This was one of the most miserable experiences I've had recently. I've been going here for years and have a very old car 1999. I paid 600$ for an ignition switch then the next day the turn signals didn't work. This cost another 200$. I was told this 2nd repair might be done the same day but when I called back at 515pm they were rude, saying they would call me when it was done. As a woman I was scared (I've been taken advantage by car shops alot)so avoided calling back until afternoon the next day when I called they said it was done, but never called me all morning. Then today a few days later I noticed that my radio was loose. And it looks like the signal may still be messed up(it seemed to stay lighted up in an odd way) so now I still have multiple issues, plus out 800$ right before Christmas. I've been up all night worried about what it do.

Jack Furrier on 1st are awesome. I have a 2016 Kia optima. I was told by Kia dealer that I needed a new engine because we had a cracked piston. We always took care of the car, one owner, performed all of the recommendations to keep the car in good running condition. We were told that the car wasn't covered under Kia class action warranty. Basically the car was no good unless we put in a $9000 engine, car is only worth about $7000. Anyways I got a second option, Jack Furrier took the time to do their own inspection and did not find a cracked piston. They did a full tune up, changed the spark plugs and did multiple tests on the car. The car is running great now. If you want a second option I recommend Jack Furrier, they are honest, have excellent customer service, super educated in their profession. Dave was exceptional helpful. I can't thank them enough.

Wanted to give a great review to Demetrius at the the 1st Ave. shop. On Friday, after some body work, the technician said I had a nail in my front right tire. It was holding air. That afternoon I stopped at Discount Tire and they looked at fire on the vehicle and said there was a nail and that they could not patch it and to make a reservation for next week for a new tire. was able to stop by the Jack Furrier shop this Monday afternoon, and almost immediately Dimetrius had it on a jack. He took the tire off and no nail! Earlier in the morning I had it serviced at Toyota dealer, and they might have rotated the tires. So, Demetrius removed the other three and checked them out. No nail. He torqued them all back to spec and I was out of there in half an hour. Very thorough and capable professional. I will continue to buy all my tires at Jack Furrier. Thanks, Demetrius!

Someone broke into my car last night and took the outside and inside apart - thanks to Josh, it looks just like the day before yesterday!!!! Thanks Guys. You are the best.

I brought my car in for a very simple fix. I just needed an ignition wire striped and crimped because I broke it and I don’t have the tools myself to fix it. I asked if they would make sure the 3 other ignition wires were loosened so that I wouldn’t break anymore of them. They said it would be an all day wait but only 25 bucks so I agreed. When I was called to pick up the car I was asked to just pay cash directly to the service tech instead of paying the actual bill. Which is already shady but I didn’t want to disagree and so I paid the service tech the 25 dollars and asked him if he loosened the other wires for me. He said no that he couldn’t get them. So I asked if I came back would he help me out again and he said “you can get it with a screwdriver.” Very discouraging and completely wrong advice. This was the shadiest place I have ever done business with in Tucson. Now I have no receipt or proof of visit and I paid my money for a half done job. I hope their upper management sees this and steps up to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. The names of the two employees were Will on the desk and I believe the service techs name was Joshua or Joseph (I cannot remember exactly) but he had longer blond hair.

I pulled up because my back right tire was low. Ben came out in the rain and checked it out, then filled it with air. He said there were no obvious signs of a leak, but to bring the car in if it goes down again and they will get me a new one. Thank you Ben for braving the monsoon!

I went on a saturday morning for a service, the workers feom jack furriers they were smoking marihuana on bussines hours, except the guy on the front desk. Anyone else they were smoking the "peace pipe"

One of the very few truly honest mechanics in Tucson. They will exactly tell you what is and what not is. Very rare quality to find amongst "Air Filter" changers or "Immediate disaster for your car" mechanics. Very positive vibes. I have sent so many people to them and they all are happy
