Derek the store manager came to my rescue today. In between appts he changed my tire out for me when I got a drill bit stuck in my tire. I barely made it here and they selflessly and very quickly helped me out of my distress. I am eternally grateful and this company is awesome. They definitely care about their customers.

Incredible customer service, clearly laid out the issues with my car, constant communication on the repair progress, and all over fair pricing. Cannot recommend them enough for anything your tires or engine needs!

This place is amazing. The staff is super helpful and courteous. I brought my vehicle (2015 Ford Fusion) here because it had a power steering/auto trac fault. They weren't able to work it here, but they got it towed to their other shop (no charge) and they were able to troubleshoot it to a harness that was chewed on by some rodent that chewed and crawled through a hole in the bottom engine cover. They fixed the harness and patched the hole. I was very worried about this because I am active duty military currently serving in Pakistan and I hated leaving my vehicle in this condition with my wife but the Jack Furrier team took great care of my family. Definitely recommend this business.

I have always used furriers for years with nothing but their praises to sing, I’m a little disappointed as of late, I had an issues with a severely underfilled transmission, they made it right and took it to a trans shop. I was ok with that accidents happen. yesterday was my last straw my wife needed new tires I tried furriers with no luck as they had been the place I went last for our most recent set. they didn’t have what I needed went to another tire shop that had what I needed, no big deal it happens. when they went to install the new set every lug was so rounded off I had to buy new lugs and lost hours of my day, it looks like a standard socket used on metric lugs. Furriers was the only one to touch this truck since we bought it. I’m highly disappointed, it seems the mom and pop touch and care seems to have left, I’ll go somewhere else.

Awesome service! Nikita had done my alignment service very well and quickly! the front desk was also very polite and funny. I would get all my alignments done here as they have a very good machine. (The HawkEye Elite)

This location is super fantastic!!! The team I have meet at the front desk are funny, polite and helpful. I am treated with respect and I don't feel pressure to buy extras things. The waiting room and bathroom are clean too. You're also close enough to a few stores to walk over to or you can use the free wifi.

I needed a flat tire changed out so I stopped by and Mike helped me out. They worked quickly on my vehicle and had me back on the road asap! Great customer service from Mike, reasonable prices, excellent work, & a convenient location! Will definitely be a returning customer.

These guys are awesome! My car battery unexpectedly died and stranded me in Marana. I called them and they said there’s a lull so come on down. I got my car jumped and headed over. They replaced the battery within an hour and I was on my way. I forgot something in their office and they called me right away to come back for it. I found them to be very honest!

I’ve always used Jack Furriers because my dad and uncle have worked there but ever since they both left, it has been nothing but issues. Every time I come, they turn me away because “it’s too busy” when it’s only 8am or they just don’t want to take a simple job for tire mounting and balancing. Whenever they do take me in, they take the entire day to get it completed and don’t call me until 10 minutes before closing to come pick up. This location has become such a joke. I would give it zero stars if google let me. Avoid this location if you value your time, money and vehicle!!!

My daughter took my car in for an alignment for me and she stated everyone was really nice, checked on her constantly to make sure she was ok and offered water while she was waiting. The wait time was a little over my appointment time but once my car got in they were quick and efficient!!! Will definitely go to this store again in the future!!!

This location have the worst team, pretty boy who’s in front desks I believe he’s the stores manager makes it worse very rude no Matter what time you go he always says they are busy seems like they don’t like small jobs like tire repairs etc. I had a lot bad experiences with them I own a small fleet business so I use them a lot , one time they broke my tail light in my work truck in accident but I was told they already order one for me to replace it and they never ever call me back I did call them like 5 Times and I was getting excuses over excuses so I decided to just leave it like that . Then after that I went back for shocks installation they leave a loose wire from battery and was making contact with another component luckily my pcm didn’t got fried also the wheel well was very loose due to broken clips that didn’t put it back . Another time I went for tires and wheel work I was charge for tire balance and they didn’t actually do it so I went back they finally did it but as soonest I was getting the wheels loaded in the back of my truck the tire balance weights fall off immediately they didn’t even clean the wheel brake dust for proper adhesive so I took them back for 3rd time. This last time I went for another tire job it was only 9am they turned me away saying that it was already late and booked for the day firts thing in the morning I hate this location I’m done diving my business to them if the owner jack don’ts step up they will burn this shop to the ground. I give thanks to the oracle location for having my back and getting my work completed without hesitation and quickly even if it was late that day 5 starts to that location and they’re steam.

I had an emergency issue while visiting family in Tucson, and these guys were so helpful and kind. I’m terrible with names, but the guy who ran the front counter but also has/had certifications was outstanding, he went above and beyond to explain the issue and make me feel comfortable after a very stressful experience. To the owner, I hope you do what you need to do to keep those employees around, because treatment like I received today is exactly why people keep coming back to a business. I’ve already told four local people how awesome this location is. Thank you!

I went in to get a inspection done on my car. They told me what was wrong over the phone. After letting us know, I told them to fix what was wrong with it (the leak in the coolant). We spent $1200 on flushes and fixes in addition to that. Once we got the car back, we weren't given the paper for the inspection. We drove away just to discover the SAME leak was there that they supposedly fixed. We went back and addressed this issue and they did fix it, but what bothers me is they knew we were going to be driving a long distance after this. I could have been stranded because of their lack of accountability on fixing what we paid them for. I recommend going to a different auto shop if you want inspections done.

So we can in yesterday to drop off our car and when our car was ready we asked the guy if they could keep the car overnight and park it inside so nothing gets stollen off our car and we would pay right when they opened and the guy up front said they would do that reassured us 5 times that the car would be parked inside so later that day we go to Walmart and check it our car is inside the shop.... It wasn't, it was parked in the lower lot unlocked.... We came back this morning and the new manager Derek was so rude to us be one of their main rules was not to park it in the lower lot at night especially unlocked he rolled his eyes and us and continued what he was doing I don't appreciate the way me and my fiance were treated and that place is no good anymore at all I don't recommend going to this location if you want to be treated with disrespect by the main manager.. if you want to be treated respectfully go to the one on Ina never come here

I don’t know who’s running Casa Grande Hwy, Jack Furriers, but they have a lot to learn! After today, I won’t be back! And that says a lot, since I have been going to this particular one since it opened! Telling us 6 hours to fix a flat tire! If they got to it!! Pretty pathetic. Originally 2 1/2 hours to 6!!! WTH!?!?? We’ve been customers since 1984.

Very courteous, no hassles. I had a 9:00 am appointment for oil change. Took 1 hour to get it in (seems long for such an early-day appointment), but done quickly once in with no up-charge attempts.
