Excellent and speedy service. James at Jack Furrier Tire was a life saver. I was on my way out of town when I noticed a nail in my tire. He went above and beyond to repair my tire in a speedy time. Thank you for helping me get back on the road quickly!

Great service, and very polite people at the desk. I had a slow leak from a nail that was too close to the sidewall to repair. I needed a replacement tire and they had one in stock, so I was on my way very quickly. I had bought tires from another Furrier location many years ago and discovered when I got home that the tires were almost 3 years old already (not used, just old). The mfr date is stamped on each tire. The rubber began cracking not long afterwards (rubber decays over time - even if just sitting on a shelf). This time, I checked the date before leaving and found this tire to be over 2 years old. I pointed this out and was immediately, and very courteously, given a discount. This was fine with me, since I will eventually replace all 4 tires at the same time. But I recommend checking the manufacture date when buying a set of tires. I make no assertion that this is a practice limited to Furrier Tires. It may be that other tire sellers may have old stock on hand. I merely suggest that the buyer check the date on the tires they're buying. I need a new set of tires for my other car and, since the service is so positive at Jack Furrier, I'm very likely to return. But I'll verify the date before they install.

Most poorly run vehicle repair shop I’ve ever been to. In addition, their customer service personnel are rude, condescending and completely unprofessional. Rude doesn’t begin to describe it. I made the mistake of having an alternator replaced two years ago and not only did it fail, they charged me for a replacement less than a year later. Then I had a new AC compressor installed and full AC service done last year. I had to bring it back three times because it was blowing warm air and they still never completed the work I paid for. Just this week, I scheduled my truck because of a check engine light and some possible alignment issues. I was charged for the diagnostic and a new “emissions gas tank valve” and was told it was fixed and the check engine light was reset and wouldn’t return. I paid the $358 in full and drove away only to immediately notice what felt like rotor on bare metal scraping in n my front wheels. That was NOT present before I took the truck in. My brakes were fine and there were zero problems. Whatever they did, they caused something to make the vehicle un drivable. And of course, the check engine light came back on within 5 minutes of driving. What really makes this outrageous, is that the serviceman didn’t take the vehicle back to remedy their mistakes or problems. Didn’t apologize nor even try to figure out why my brakes are now screeching metal on metal. He just scoffed and said they didn’t touch my wheels or brakes. Didn’t try to troubleshoot or ask anyone who might have worked on it what could have caused that. No, instead, I have an inoperable vehicle on a Monday. And he said I’d have to wait till Friday for them to get it back in to do who knows what. Like I have nothing better to do with my time. So I get stuck with a $358 bill paid in full and a truck that’s way worse than when I brought it in. I’m supposed to trust this lousy shop any further? The place has a terrible reputation. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and for that I made a terrible mistake. Do not take any vehicle you care about to these hacks. I’ve never been treated so poorly for any repairs and I’ve had excellent relationships with honest and trustworthy repair shops for 35 years. This place is shady and a total train wreck. Steer clear.

Their customer service is unbeatable !! Went over and beyond to assist me while I was stranded on the side of the road got me a tire at an unbeatable price and was very welcoming friendly and helpful. I am glad I was able to find them in my time of need I would not choose any other company went over and beyond my expectations this place is the place to go!

Less expensive and faster turnaround time than going to the dealer. The gentlemen at the front desk are very customer focused - polite, welcoming and efficient. They have always found me the best deal available for what I need done, and they assure me they will take care of my car. Much appreciated!

I take my old collectable cars here for alignments. It’s one of the few places where I feel comfortable with the staff. If you wanna talk corvettes, ask the front desk about “the reaper”.

Best mechanics in Tucson by far. It kind of annoys me when people blow their top if they ever make a mistake too. I'm not giving them a free pass either, but last I checked they're human. They've always made everything right by me. And that says a lot especially in Tucson when mechanics could EASILY rip you off. Not these guys. James, Richard and all the rest of the crew are solid. Highly recommended!

Do not recommend anything other than oil change or new tires. I’ve had multiple cars serviced and never were they fixed in one visit. Most recent I had my car worked on and it took them three times to get it right. When I dropped it off for the third time Jeremy pulled up my info and laughed that I was back. When I picked it up Jeremy gave me attitude again. Again, great for simple service, anything else avoid!

I've been going to this Jack Furrier for years now (so have my friends and family) and James and Jeremy along with everyone in the garage are awesome people. They're extremely communicative and pleasant to deal with. Even when they're busy, they always try to get to my vehicle and complete it the same day (sometimes even when I drop it off in the late afternoon) if not the next morning at 7:30am. Their deals on tires as well are comparable or possibly better than the big name competition surprisingly as well! Highly recommend anyone in the area looking for a reliable, honest and reliable shop to go to Jack Furrier.

Wow, it is rare to come across such an honest car shop!! I took my wife's car in as it was leaking oil in our driveway. I took the cover off the bottom of the car to inspect it myself but could not find a cause. I took her car there, and within an hour they said her car was done. I returned for them to tell me that it was caused by her oil cap not being screwed on tightly enough by whoever did her last oil change, so they torqued it to the proper value and replaced the plastic cover. They easily could have upcharged me and told me it was some other cause and I would not have known. The best part? THEY DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME! They tightened the cap and replaced the cover free of charge. What a great, honest shop. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I will be taking both our cars back to here, without a doubt. The (manager?) working at the front desk was awesome, super nice and honest guy.

Horrible. I took my truck in for an oil change and a tire sensor repair or replace. I made an appointment a week in advance. I dropped off my truck at 7:30 a.m. they said 2 hours Checked with them at 11:00. Nothing done. I called a 2 p.m. and they said truck done. I picked it up. Tire sensor NOT done. Their invoice says check tire sensor. I already knew that. The tire sensor warning was lit up on my dashboard and the reason I took it there. Nobody called me on tire sensor. No contact. Nothing Basically, I waited 6 and a half hours for an oil change. Never again. I could have went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and waited 40 minutes, not 6.5 hours. Horrible service, Horrible wait time. Horrible communication. Going to Big O tires for sensor tomorrow morning. Don't go to Ventana tire. I gave them 1 Star. It should be 0 stars

Made an appointment for noon. Waited for 2 hours and they hadn't touched my car. Apperently the guy I spoke with on the phone (who had been working there for 10 years) put me down as a drop off, which nobody told me for 2 HOURS. Assistant Manager did not care whatsoever, and told me while I was walking out that I should have specified over the phone whether I was dropping off or making an appointment. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, and a waste of 2 hours on my day off.

We were on vacation and visiting family. Our rental car had an indicator light regarding a tire problem. We went to this location of Jack Furrier Tire and Auto. They looked over the car carefully and quickly diagnosed the issue. A huge nail was removed from the rear right tire. They didn’t charge us anything! We waited a short while for the car and were on our way. Incredibly understanding, friendly and kind about our situation. My brother and others in the Foothills use this location for all their tire and auto needs. Highly recommend!!
