Don't buy new tires from this place. I purchased a set of new tires From J & J Lantis and I didn't check them before they installed them. In less than a week one of the tires start going flat because they didn't plug it correctly. I returned to the business to get a new tire under the warranty and they told me it was my fault and I had the tire plugged while it was under warranty. I'm not a stupid person and intelligent enough to know not to get a tire fixed when I have a warranty. J & J Lantis's son refused to replace the tire and he was very rude and disrespectful to me in front of other customers. I was not a new customer at the time and had purchased hundreds of dollars in used tires there before.

Never again buying tires from this place J&J llantas .. 2 months ago about all 4 new tires and today I got a flat tire so I went to the place to see if they could help me fix it .. but this guy that works there name Javier has the worst customer service.. he tree my tire almost into the Carrol street .. I called Roy their manager to let them know about.. that guy name Javier should not even be there working there.. they just lost a customer me been going there 2 years and buying new tires but not anymore

Came here a couple of weeks ago because I had an object inserted on one of my tires, so the guy patched it up. Noticed today that the same tire was low again. Took it to a different shop, and they told me they had put the patch over the piece of object that had punctured my tire. So definitely not coming back for this shop again. Be cautious when you come here.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!, I bought a used tire and a nail was stuck in it ....I didn't bother driving back there but the fact you would sell me a used tire with a nail already in it for $50 I went to another tire shop and they confirmed the nail had been in the tire for awhile smh smh smh !!!!

Please don't buy tires here. The used tires are in super bad shape. I bought a used tire from them 2 weeks ago, and it's no longer in working condition. I called Roy the owner , and he refused to address the problem and simply said that his used tires had no warranty. He was seriously understaffed when I came back. When I asked the employee to replace the tire; the employee got aggressive and said I could go to the tire shop next door. He then told me to get out of the car; implying that we get in a fist fight. 👊 when I told him that was unprofessional, he walked out. The owner Roy also has anger management issues. I called him to rectify the problem, but he refused to get me a different tire . The employees here were very unprofessional and will curse at you in spanish. Also, they kept my tire valves and stole them. When I asked them to balance my tire a few days ago; they found it funny that my valves were missing. Please find somewhere else to do business; this place is an 💯 absolutely joke.

They closed at midnight and still put 4 tires on my vehicle after 1 a.m. and were happy to do it. Mr. Roy will help you if he can.

My wife went and bought a “new tire” for her car , next day was leaking air ! Come to find out it was a used tire with a plug and a patch ! This shop is going ro hear about me.

Inexperienced! If I could give this shop no stars I would. Everyone was friendly, but they are inexperienced at this. I went here because I saw a Bubble in my tire. This place was a definite last resort; why, nothing else was opened after 7 pm. When I took my car it was running fine other than the bubble. It wasn’t making, any loud noises, shaking, or pulling. As soon as they fixed it, and I started driving on I-30 my car started pulling to the left, making a loud noise like metal was rubbing, and my steering column was shaking. So I drove it home and parked it. I thought I was just tripping, drove it around the neighborhood and no, same problem. Took it to my normal mechanic shop for them to tell me they sold me a damaged tire, tire was not placed correctly and they messed up my alignment that was just done a month ago. Over $500.00 worth of damage was caused. Do not take your vehicles here especially if you own a luxury car. Find another shop.

absolute nightmare shop. went in and bought 3 used tires. first time i returned, i got down the street and my lug nuts are about to fall off. they are a tire shop and don’t know how to tighten lug nuts. they tighten them all, but now my car is shaking a bit. i bring it back to have the tires balanced, and they inform me that every lug nut is stripped, they need me to go buy new ones. they didn’t even pay for the lug it’s they stripped, in fact charged me to have them changed. decided i wasn’t going back here anyways, but brought my car to our mechanic and when it’s on the lift, the mechanic shows me that every! single! tire! that we bought from jj’s is bad. definitely one of those shops that sees a woman pull up and think “i don’t need to make sure anything is right, she’s an idiot!”

This lady pulled out her truck and her tire came off. Not only that I waited over 45 minutes for them to tell me they don't have a tire for my car. I hope the lady wheel barrel ain't tore up.

Was in need of 2 front tires. Overall service was nice and quick. Unfortunately after one week of having them they began to go flat. I went back and they stated "there is nothing we can do." Here we are going on 2 weeks and I've had to add air 2x since getting them.
