10/10 experience! Was quoted for a very reasonable price and the work was done beautifully. I was so worried about the damage and they fixed it up in just a few days. Came to get an estimate on August 14th spoke to Jonathan and was told he would get back to me same day or the following. I did not hear back from him so I called he told he would have an estimate of the cost for my jeep some time that day, well never heard back from him again, I waited 3 more days before I called and he tells me the samething again I waited again two more days but he never called finally I call him and leave him a message and intead of him giving me a call I get text message and says he would give me a quote, well finally after 8 long days he sends me a total amount of $3,670.03 that would take care of parts and labor. I was like oh lord I waited all this time for him to tell me this, so at the end of the day I would have given him the chance to fix my car but with all the wait I probably won't get my vehicle back till Christmas, so I'd rather take it to dealer at this point. Thank you for waisting my time Jonathan. I definitely won't recommend anybody to this place.

I needed my tires tightened as another shop did not put them back on properly and and they fixed it for free. Wouldn’t even take money from me because it was a small job to them. I was shocked. This is definitely my new repair shop from now on. They’ve gained a new customer with that amazing customer service. Thanks a bunch !

J & J did an excellent job with my vehicle repairs. The communication and responsiveness were great, and they didn't do unnecessary work. I felt like they were very honest, and they back their work with a one year guarantee! I would definitely bring my car back in the future.

Trustworthy and reliable service. I think most people are wary of mechanic shops because they do not know whether they are being truthful with them about repairs or trying to pull a fast one on them. I can guarantee that is not the case here. They will thoroughly inspect your vehicle and diagnose it properly to inform you exactly what it is it needs. This can be a tedious task for many mechanics, but it’s better to take the time to understand the problem correctly, rather than just quoting you a best guess. Some people may not understand this. I have had many services done to my vehicle here, and I am always pleased with the results.

Got my truck serviced here a couple months back. Water pump and timing belt were replaced. Haven’t had any issues with truck overheating anymore. Pricing was fair had other mechanic trying to charge $500 more. Getting my control arms done next. Definitely getting them done here. Ask for Jonathan. Don’t get him confuse with Johnathan. He’s the hairy one. That’s the one you want.

Took my car for a wheel hub bearing issue, they were very professional with the process advised me when they saw an issue and the pricing was really Fair compared to other places ... Definitely have a returning customer from now on... will be bringing my other vehicles here
