I was facing an issue with my Yukon XL – it would heat up immediately. Being new to the area, I chose a nearby auto repair shop, as I couldn't risk driving my car too far. Carlos turned out to be a true blessing! On my first visit, he honestly admitted, "I don't know what's wrong with your car." We discussed the issue, and he assured me he would continue investigating. Throughout the process, he kept me informed, even though the problem remained unidentified. Finally, on the third day, he not only identified the issue but also fixed it. (Mistake made my previous mechanic) As a single mother of three, I often worry and expect being taken advantage of due to my zero knowledge of cars. However, to my surprise, the bill was much lower than expected for a three-day service. Carlos, understanding my concerns, was exceptionally kind and even took the time to go on a test drive with me. Finding this reliable and trustworthy auto repair shop was a relief, and I will undoubtedly continue bringing my car here in the future!

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review, but this place deserves it. First of all, I come in and JC tell me I need to “wait my turn to talk to him,” all good..maybe I was being overly eager to get my car fixed. We pull my car into the lot, I pop the hood and go look at what’s under the hood. JC immediately says for me to leave it alone. Alright. He orders the part I need and says it will be there in an hour. I leave to go eat lunch and when I come back JC yells at me for not leaving the keys (he never asked for). The part is wrong, doesn’t fit. He sends me across the street to go ask for it at a junkyard. Waste of time and not my job. Long story short, horrible customer service. The owner (JC) will cuss at you. Acts like he’s the only mechanic in all of San Diego. Save yourself the trouble and keep your dignity. Go elsewhere. There are at least 6 other shops within a mile radius.

It is an incredible place to get your car worked on. Great work super good prices good mechanics. I always go to my Latino Bros when I need to get work done on my car for it seems that they always give you the best deal.

Un día mi carro me dejó en medio del freeway (beetle 2006 amarillo) y fui muy afortunada en encontrar a éste mecánico a la primera. Después tuve otros incidentes y fui a otros mecánicos a pedir presupuestos pero siempre el señor Carlos ha sido el más honesto y rápido para trabajar. Definitivamente no cambiaré de mecánico!!!
