I had had a vehicle get a suspension fix, and it had cost me 800 dollars. My vehicle completely stopped running 2 days later, and I was still charged 260 dollars for only getting it looked at. My gf's truck died on the road, and JB was the only place to pull into in the moment. To fix 2 parts that cost 650 dollars to buy yourself (I checked), they were going to charge over 2000 dollars. Their labor is nowhere near worth 1800-1900 dollars. Go anywhere else, please.

Had a burned out headlight or thought they did the work replacing both low beams. One day later it happened again after inspection of the lightbulb it was not burned out. I went back and checked the old lightbulb they were perfectly fine after further inspection I found it was a bad wire. Now you would think when someone is spending $400 a good mechanic would have noticed the build were fine signed not happy

Had a small evap leak that I couldn’t find to save my life. They found it super quickly and had my van fixed the next day. Fast and friendly service! I highly recommend these guys!

On the road from Minnesota and the Low Oil indicator comes on in Missouri. Added a quart and stopped in at J&B. They got me right in to check out the issue. After “properly” tightening the drain plug (which Luther Hyundai clearly didn’t do) we are back on the road.

They are a excellent group of people that work there! From the front desk all the way to the techs in the shop! I take all my alignments there and they do an amazing job!

We have taken our vehicles 2 different times now, and both times we have been very impressed with our experiences. Reasonably priced, honest mechanics who do great work. I highly recommend.

We just moved to the area and it is stressful to find a new mechanic and J and B has been great! They have serviced all 3 of our vehicles and have been great communicators and quick to service the cars.

Don't take your car to them for any reason there a ripoff artist your vehicle will be even worse than it was before they worked on mine and it is.

Took van in for tune up and oil change. Did replace ignition coil and did oil change, checked all fluids. Did not do a tune up like I asked. Van is now running so bad can't drive it. Cost $321 I didn't have. Not recommending this place, sorry.

Great customer service. Despite being very busy, they stopped what they were doing to listen to the problem I was having with my truck. Actually came out to my truck to check my concerns even though I didn't have an appointment. I made an appointment and had them do the repairs. I appreciate being made to feel like a neighbor rather than a number. Repair done on time as promised.

Very fast service. They preordered the part they thought I would need when I called in because I needed to leave for vacation the day after they could get me in. I got a call not too long after I dropped it off and they had fixed my problem. The staff were friendly, respectful and professional. I will use them again.
