It is really nice having a family owned service station in our community. The station is looking great..! They are continuously improving on their building taking a lot of pride in their work and in our community. Keep up the great work. The service center is very personable and has a tremendous amount of knowledge. And the new pumps are fantastic.

J & M automotive helped me to get my car running after I started having issues with my wheels, and they saved me a bunch of money. A national brand quoted me $1,200 to fix a nonexistent issue on the wrong side of my car. John found the real problem and fixed it for way less than half of that. I heard about John and Melody through a recommendation, and I’m glad I did. It’s hard to find an honest mechanic that you can trust. They’re worth every penny.

Car broke down up the road and this was the only gas station I could get to. Thank god it was J and M Automotive!! The gentleman pumped my gas for me and jumped both batteries (I have a Prius). I ultimately figured out from reading online it was one of the fuses that starts the engine and it blew because the coolant pump was bad. He checked the voltage of the fuse, replaced it, and unplugged the electrics for the pump using his handy tools. Voila! My car started up! I was able to drive it 50 minutes back home and it’s all thanks to him. A real angel of a human being. I feel so lucky and blessed. If I had stopped at a 711 I would’ve been screwed. He saved me! Thank you so much!!! Didn’t charge me anything either. Beyond grateful!

J and M came highly recommended to me from a reliable source-an owner of a parts store. I was in dire need of a new mechanic, so I decided to call. John, the owner and main mechanic, was enthusiastic to help me find the solution to the car issue. I guess the thirty years of experience repairing and maintaining vehicles impressed me. He was knowledgable at diagnosing the problem and making the proper repair at a fair price. Best of all, I received the best customer service with both owners helping me- John and Melody. If you are reading this, you need to give them a call. It is so convenient since their garage is connected to the gas station and small store. They also do state inspections, oil changes. and general maintenance. I believe you'll leave a satisfied customer.
