Isa and his team fixed my sons car and did a great job! Their prices are good and overall very responsive and quick turnaround so my son has his car back to get to school. Highly recommend them for any auto repair work!

Took care of my vehicle issue... very satisfied with their work. Scheduled work within a couple of days. In at 8:00 am and the work was completed by noon.

Had my car for 4 days, on day 3 said oh we are working on it and we will call you in an hour. End of day 4 they hadn’t touched it so I picked up my keys. Was never told it was parked in a public lot, assumed it was secure on their property. So I couldn’t tell you if they do good work or not because they did nothing. They were nice, but that’s all I can say.

Came here for a quick oil change that I desperately needed! The beautiful man that worked on my truck is named Christian. He was absolutely awesome and did the entire service by himself. I say that because this isn't a shop where they have a room below your vehicle to stand up in and do the complete service comfortably, they literally have you pull in on the concrete and Christian went ahead and jacked up my truck and went to work. He had a smile on his face and genuinely looked like he loves his job. I'm so used to seeing miserable people these days, when I see someone who actually looks happy while at work.. I make a piont to give them a great review. He definitely deserved it. This has nothing to do with the fact that he was really easy to smile back at!...😊 No he actually made me feel like I was in good hands. Almost every time I have gotten my oil changed AT OTHER SHOPS, I leave the place thinking to myself.. Hmm what if they didn't fill it up all the way... And did they 'reeallly' check all the fluids... I wonder if the fluids 'reeallly' looked that dirty or was that just some sludge they wiped off the floor to make it look like it needs to be changed. Also those places I am talking about always end up charging me for something I didn't need! This breeds doubt in my mind like no other. Specially since I've been ripped off by other oil changing shops in Portland before! BUT NOT AT ISAS!!! THIS PLACES IS LEGIT. After Christian had the vehicle all buttoned back up, me not paying attention, I realized he was wrapping up and I quickly asked him if he could check my rear and front diffs, as well as the transmission & transfer case. Without even skipping a beat he said sure no problem...and Put me back on the Jack and diligently checked them for me. He came back with all good news, which has NEVER happened at other shops! They all see my request as somthing I'm worried about and take that as a great opportunity to get more money from me. I've confirmed this with my buddies who are mechanics. So I'm not just speculating, it happens all the time. Lastly, they only charged me the oil change! For full synthetic on an 2018 platinum F150 it was waay less than any of the other shops I've been too. Right now that means more to me than they know!! SOOO TO CHRISTIAN THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR AMAZING WORK and answering all my questions honestly and professionally!! TO ISAS, you have a great team and I am so thankful for their top quality customer service and excellent professionalism!!!!! I was bummed I wasn't able to meet you Isa but I know there will be more time in the future as I will be back!! I took my car for overheating there and I told to Isais I did replace 5 times my thermostat and also I replaced radiator, water pump and radiator fans. And then he only changed the thermostat and charge me $281.00 for it I did it 5 times by myself take it like 10 minutes but the problem is same day overheated again 😭

Got head gasket radiator and timing belt done here, as well as A/C recharge, they did a great job on all of the repairs and left the engine looking fantastic!

Horrible service! I had to take my car in 4 times to get it done right. When it was finally time to pick up my car, they left my lights on and the battery was drained. They went to jump it and the cables didn’t work. 🙄 Had my car for 2 weeks with no text or phone call. They also ignore my phone calls. Over all terrible, awful service.

I have used Isas auto service's for 12 years now and I have had excellent, experienced, courteous, friendly service evertime. Isa is an amazing upbeat owner and operator, with a desire to give you the best outcome as for your vehicle and your budget. I personally recommend everyone who asks me about anything to do with car troubles and or needed maintenance. I will say overall that you get an honest deal with Isa, he is a pleasure to work with.

I started using ISA's and have had great experiences. They are quick to get you in and have one of the best prices in town. Being opened on Saturday really helps out as well. I will continue to use them.

Isa, is the most honest and reasonably priced mechanic we know and trust. We take any of our cars to him. Highly recommend. Updating to say we still bring our cars to Isa and his team. Still the best around Portland area. We live 40+ mins away and still remain loyal.

Took my car in to repair my front and rear brakes . They repaired the front brakes but did not repair the rear brakes correctly. Had to take my car to another mechanic to have them redone.
