Jesse and Chad are the dynamic duo! They explained things in laymen terms and advised me of things that needed to be repaired now and things that could wait. I felt they were honest and fairly priced and will use Integrity Transmission again.

I am from Ohio and I was in Sarasota on vacation… Unfortunately, my transmission went out a couple days into the vacation. Jesse and his crew did a phenomenal job for me! From the moment that my vehicle was towed through the whole process of being serviced at Integrity Transmission I couldn’t be more satisfied! Communication with Jesse I give a 10! The staff at integrity transmission is a wonderful job on my 2004 Honda Accord V6 with a 6-speed transmission. They replace transmission and did other mechanical work which I didn't know they did for a very reasonable price. My replacement transmission has worked just as good as the original OEM. Definitely recommend them over other companies in the area

I took my 370z to AAMCO with 7 speed automatic transmission that would not shift into any higher than 3rd gear. Diagnostic Code P0720 and P0500 and they said transmission (60,000 miles) has sparkly glitter in transmission fluid and required new $8k transmission and valve assembly. I paid $500 for that diagnosis and then took the car to Jeff at Integrity who has been in business for 40 years. Jeff did research on the code and found a manufacturer tech bulletin explaining to change out the TCM Transmission Control Module and the valve assembly. Jeff installed brand new TCM and Valve assembly. Car is now like new! No new transmission required! Total Cost $2,900 including labor and tax. I would recommend Integrity to anyone needing transmission work.

I went back and forth on leaving this review. My truck at times would not start, and I had a heavy clunking when going from stop to start. I took it to my regular mechanic, he spoke to Integrity, they believed both issues could be my transmission. Integrity was HIGHLY recommended by my mechanic, I drove out of my way to have them diagnose. Left it for the day, when I returned I was told I need a new transmission, it was just old and wore out. Was then told of the different pricing for remanufactured/rebuilt. Few weeks later I was ready to have the work done but decided to get a second opinion from someone closer THANK GOD!! They properly diagnosed my issues as a new lock cylinder and my rear differential, NOTHING about my transmission!! Integrity Transmission was going burn me for over $6,000 on something I didn’t need and wasn’t going to fix any of my issues…… that’s a fact!! I call that criminal

Freaked out when my car was stuck in reverse but I called my mechanic and he said to call Integrity Transmission "that's where we take all our rebuilds to" so we called triple A and Jesse got us in and fixed within the same day as it was a linkage part. Im sure the other big names would have sold me a rebuilt transmission when all I needed was a $125 part

I think the owners definition of integrity is a little different than mine. My story with this company is pretty drawn out over 4 visits with my transmission breaking 3 times. I spent 6k to have a transfer case and transmission completely rebuilt. I explained I didn't want basic generic parts and wanted top of the line parts with a top end ford torque converter. I also asked the owner if he could include the parts that were installed as I think any person spending 6k would want to know the details. His response was there was "too many parts installed to go into specifics". The first rebuild lasted 6 months. I brought it back a second time after having to trailer it 3 hours down to his shop and it was there for 2 1/2 weeks and the parts company delivered the wrong clutch plates for 3rd and 4th gear but I was assured it was ok and it would be fine. That rebuild lasted about 2 months before my truck got stuck in 2nd gear and I had to trailer it down again. The third time I was not happy and explained I was on my way and that I wanted my vehicle to be a priority and gave him a 3 day heads up and was there on time and the look on the owners face was "Ohh sorry I totally forgot you were coming" at that point I was furious. As I sat in his waiting room he came in and asked how long I was planning on staying there and asked if I was planning on sleeping on his couch and at that point if that's what I needed to do I was. So with attitude he threw my truck on a lift and pulled down the trans pan and dropped the lock cylinoid out and said ok youre done. With no test drive he turned my truck over and I left and not 10 mins later I had the same problem so I was close enough to bring it back. They decided to from what they said "rebuild" it again. But now I have a dented oil pan from when they had to drop the transmission and what looks like flat head screw driver marks on the torque converter from hitting on it. So no telling what they did...i haven't had issues with the transmission since but time and money lost from not being able to run my business with actual integrity was a pretty big disappointment as this place was referred to me. Do your research and make sure you are clear on what you want and don't let all the shop flash fool you. They also don't keep up with their paper work as I was only given one warranty paper the last time they worked on it when it should be everytime. Hope I can keep someone else from having the same headache I got from this place

Jeff and his team took time to listen and make honest recommendations for the needs of my older car. Once they diagnosed the problem, they provided the solution in a quick and cost effective manner. Long story short, i knew from another mechanic that something was wrong with my transmission but the shop that was recommended was quite a distance away. I live near Integrity Transmission so i stopped in and had it checked. I was told that the problem was due to all the rain and flooded roads. He said there is some sort of switch that needs to be reset after getting wet. Before spending a few hundred $$ on something my gut was telling was BS, i checked around. I was literally laughed at. There is no such switch. Needless to say i went somewhere else (Ralph's Transmissions on Sawyer Rd) where they were honest enough to tell me not only that my transmission was shot, but that my 2008 car with 150,000 miles and needing other repairs, wasn't worth the investment of a new transmission. THAT IS NOT INTEGRITY

After recently towing my wife's car to our favorite mechanic Mike H. in Sarasota to have a problem diagnosed, he determined an issue with the transmission. Without hesitation he quickly referred us to 'Integrity Transmission'. We were prepared to pay multi-thousands of dollars to have my wife's Volkswagen Beetle repaired. However, Jeff assessed the situation and quickly put us at ease that only damage done had been to the pan assembly itself and not the transmission. We could have been easily taken advantage of, instead they repaired only what needed to be repaired to get the car back on the road safely and efficiently. I highly recommend you take your vehicle to Jeff at Integrity Transmission or use them as a second opinion...........thanks guys.
