I needed a light replaced. It seemed I may have had to replace a larger part of the light because it was all connected. He just replaced the one bulb, which was correct. He did it in minutes, right there. I have a new mechanic. He has my sense of humor, too.

I went here about 3 months ago and received horrible service. I decided not to write a review because I figured they were having a bad day. Well my daughter came in yesterday with my wife and he sent them home crying. It was so bad they had to file complaints as well as a report to sfpd. Please do NOT go here. The owner does not care about you and is completely unprofessional. You can see it in the way he replies to the other negative reviews that he tries to hide in a sea of fake five star reviews. Hands down the worst business ethic and professionalism I’ve ever seen in all my years of life.

Came in originally for a smog check which went well and David was great. He also reminded me of some tire issues I knew I had. About a couple months later, I came back to get new tires from him. Great job and I don't think my car was ever really aligned so driving home was smooth. Really happy I found David and Integrity Auto. Thanks so much David!

I don’t get why everyone is saying David is rude. David is pretty straight forward and honest. I appreciate David’s integrity. I came to Integrity Automotive Services because my brakes were making a screaming noise. After David placed my SUV on the alignment rack to look at my brake pads he noticed that all I needed was to wash the calipers and the noise is from brake dust. He explained the brake pads were not worn down and there was no need to spend money when I didn’t need to. Thank you David

I have never dealt with such a rude mechanic in my life. I’ve been to dozens, and he’s the only one that that’s been anywhere near so rude. He did the job fine, but he definitely made sure to make me feel stupid before and after. Unless you want to feel belittled, I recommend going somewhere else

I truly love this guy! The way he is replying to the comments shows that he has the integrity not to just give in. Plus, only really good mechanics have that take it or leave it attitude. They understand their work is good, and they’re not gonna bs around. Definitely recommending this shop.

David was super helpful when we came in for a checkup on the underside of our car. He helped educate us on the problem, fixed it and even refused payment. Would definitely recommend him as he is super honest and upfront.

Took my Camry to Integrity Automotive Services on Easter Sunday. David was honest and transparent about the work that was done— photo updates included. We even got a short lesson on tire alignment upon pick up! It’s a breath of fresh air to see business owners who take pride on their work and love their jobs. I’ll go to Integrity for all my auto repair needs from now on.

Worker is too mean. I got battery and never used it. When I asked for refund, they say they can’t do it. The attitude of the owner was like “ do whatever you want, I don’t care” . Never gonna come back here
