Strange experience - spoke to Owen a week ago and ask if I can use AAA discount for battery - he mentioned that the discount is usually used for jobs with labor and battery exchange is included with battery price. Hmm - called and spoke to Chrissy yesterday and shared that batteries are stocked and battery cost $229. Go in for battery in the morning and guy at counter shared it would be $255 and shared there’s always a labor charge on batteries. Said he overheard phone call previous day and shared I was given a price with labor included. At the end of the job I was given a $20 but didn’t why - just didn’t want to argue. Just said thanks. Grateful for the quick easy battery replacement and $20 discount. It’s hard when you are told 3 different things from 3 different people- is it that hard to be on the same page. 🤔

Horrible Experience – Save Your Time and Money I had an extremely disappointing experience with Integrity Motors. Not only did they fail to complete all the necessary repairs on my vehicle, but they also failed to communicate this to me throughout the process. I was forced to return multiple times, only to face continued issues and incomplete service. Because I initiated the repairs at this shop, my insurance policy would only cover the remaining work if it was completed there. However, the quality of their service was so poor that I chose to take my vehicle elsewhere and pay the full cost of repairs out of my own pocket. Awesome service.. Back yesterday for starter and ignition switch. Sam the head mechanic and facility manager so helpful. Trouble shot the ignition problem!! And replaced it gratis.(300$) job , because he felt problem May not have been diagnosed correctly. He personally performed the repair. .i am a retired senior so every dollar counts. Highest INTEGRITY as company name implies. Will recommend to all family and friends. My family has been in the area since 1925. So we know a few people. Great job as usual. Had my Chevy Tahoe towed in they had the fuel pump replaced the next day at noon. I have been using Integrity for over a decade. My cars are old and worn out like myself but they always take good care of us. Charissa on the service desk did a great job on communication and even helped to keep the cost down.

I found the staff to be pleasant, kind & very expedient. My car was in and out in a few hours and that really impressed me. When I picked my car up, there was trash (my own, from the car door) strewn across the driver’s seat. In the trunk, the spare cover was ajar and tools from under it were not returned to their appropriate areas. This lack of attention gives me pause. I believe in honest and fair reviews and 4 stars suggests more positive than negative; a fairer grade would be 3.5 (passing, but underwhelmed)…but I’ve rounded up, as these are forgivable errors.

If you’re looking for a shop that can work on Range Rovers in north Santa Cruz county then consider Integrity Auto. I needed my turbocharger and my radiator cooling fan replaced as well as diagnosing and fixing a coolant leak, and Integrity Auto fixed it all. Sam, the manager, gave appropriate attention to my vehicle and was always very responsive and receptive to my concerns/needs. Great customer service! He was highly professional and I can say the same for his staff there (front desk and mechanics). This is my second auto to get serviced there and I’ll go there again.

I’ve been having issues with my breaks on my 2005 Toyota tundra for a while now, Took it to integrity today and the fixed it up same day on super short notice. Really nice staff, with great customer service. Highly recommend them for your car needs.

Thank you to every kind person that works here. I've been driving for a while and had all sorts of trouble with many cars but my most recent one is the nicest car ive owned. Ive taken it to many places but the overwhelming sense of customer service care this shop provides is worth every penny. The have a company that works with them to make car work affordable. If you pay it in 7 payments you have no interest which is worth it. I also have AAA Auto insurance and get a 10% discount at this shop because of it, ANOTHER great option that this shop provides. They are usually available to get work done/finished on your car within 1 business day for serious work, or a few hours for something minor. They will forever have my loyalty and i would recommend them to anyone.

I called Integrity for pricing on an oil change and overall check up on my 21 jeep wrangler Eco Diesel and this will be the place i bring it from now on. Not only are they very nice and patient over the phone, They are fast and very detailed when working on your vehicle, they topped by DEF just because they saw it was low on my odometer. The staff upfront (specifically Charissa) is very friendly and professional. Overall a very good experience and i highly recommend coming here for all your service needs. They also do tires! Which is hard to find good pricing for around here.

I have pretty bad experience when visiting a car shop because I feel like other places charge me a ton of money for labor and unnecessary work. Not only did I get amazing customer service but they thoroughly explained exactly what they did with my car and what I needed to keep an eye out for. I got my brakes and tires replaced here a few months ago and they did a great job. They recommended that I come back to do other services on my car which I will definitely be coming back to do later. They were speedy and very communicative. I highly recommend visiting this shop.

No problem with the smog check but afterwards they said I needed to do an expensive repair that was doing damage to my front breaks. They said $1800 at first but then $1300 of I did it that day. I decided to call my regular mechanic and was told to bring my car there. I did and they checked my car and said it was fine! Be aware that they pay people ($10 discount coupons) to write reviews. I was told other things by my mechanic but I am only reporting on my first hand experience. Like I said, they were fine for the smog check.

$200 for oil change? For noname oil? Are you serious? Can't answer to you reply, so I will answer here: Nobody asked me about oil, and I mentioned that I have an oil and filter. Women just filled up something in the computer and than showed me bill for $200. And I am 100% sure that for $200 it will be the cheapest oil you can imagine. Thats not how it should work! 6 liters of OEM Mercedes oil costs $63.56, filter ~15$ and sealing washer $4. Lets say 85 for all and 115$ for work?? You will use a golden wrenches? Or maybe virgin will do the oil change? I have done oil change in a 10 minutes away and for $40, all procedure took 20 minutes. Do not use this automotive repair center. They will overcharge you on parts and they are not good people. If you have to use this, please be sure to check the prices of your parts against parts stores. Parts stores give auto mechanic shops discounts on their parts so they can make a little money when they sell them to you, but this company wants to make 100% profit on their parts which super shady. Also, be sure to look at all the parts that they remove and have them take pictures. I would say anybody would be foolish not to get a second quote for the work being done before using this company. I did a review of this company on yelp and the owner Sent me a bunch of lies and tried to turn it around and say that this is my fault. It is not. They are just an unscrupulous company and beware before using them. I will never use them again.

I was in a remote area called Bonnie Dune and I got a flat. I was many miles from the nearest shop so I called integrity and asked if they could help. They said they probably couldn't unless I could get my car there, but then the gentleman who answered the phone took time to try to find me a place to get my tire fixed. I decided to just take the tire to them instead and they went the extra mile to make sure that they could fix it in a day so that I could depart the next morning. I did not require a tow and the prices were more than reasonable. The people are exceptionally friendly and professional and will go that extra mile. Bravo guys!

Most disrespectful front desk people I have ever come across. I've never once written a one star review of any business until now. Save your money and take it to someone who knows how to fix vehicles and hire people that will treat customers with respect.

The car's dashboard warned that the EV charging system required immediate servicing. The problem was quickly determined to be the failure of the EV coolant radiator found punctured. The EV radiator and EV coolant were replaced and all is well. The $3000.00 cost was shocking, roughly split between the replacement part cost and labor costs. The repair job was completed in less than a day, much faster than the expected 2-3 day estimate. The repair required the removal of much of the front of the car for access to replace the EV radiator. Front turn signals failed after 2 days, and returned to the shop and fixed in less than an hour, no charge. Thank you.

This shop's GREED cost me and my wife over $2,500. When the turbo blew in our car, which was still under warranty, we brought it to 'integrity' for a simple audit to assess that the turbo was in fact broken. Their audit denied the turbo had issues, but pointed out half a dozen other issues that they would "be happy to fix for $$". A couple of days later they told me I had to remove my broken car from their lot immediately or it would be towed away at higher cost. When the tow truck that I ordered came, they told me parts of my car were still thrown about on the floor and they had to scramble to put it back together. I had it towed to a friendly shop called Ernie's Service Center where they held it for over a week for me until I could find a long-distance shipping service to get the car back to a shop out of state where it was under warranty. When it got to that shop, they re-assessed the car and saw that the turbo was in fact broken (big surprise), however, because of the time delay and the lack of initial assessment (failed to be done by Integrity) the warranty company disputed that they would only be able to pay 50% of the full warranty value back. Since the turbo cost over $5000, this means Integrity's lack of integrity cost us $2500. (Side note: they owned up to their mistake and offered us a refund of the $175 assessment... but this was pennies compared to the money we could have had for repairs). We bought this lemon 3 months prior and had been dealing with the turbo issues since purchase. We took a loss on the car, but Integrity is the reason our loss was over $9k rather than around $6k. Thanks Integrity. I highly recommend visiting Ernie's Service Center instead, it could save you thousands.
