I'm so glad I went to James. Integrity is in the name for a reason. He took the time to explain everything to me and my son. The Chrysler dealership was going to charge me three times as much. Disappointing service. I have friends that make this shop their go-to so decided to bring a family car to them. I was grateful for their professionalism and taking me in last minute but the actual service done on the car was subpar at best. Worst yet I called several times to follow up on the service and left a message. No return call!

The only shop in the area that answered on a Friday afternoon despite it being a busy holiday week, they went above and beyond to look at my car and get it fixed promptly. Knowing little to nothing about cars, I could have been taken advantage of, but James was straightforward and honest about my car’s needs. Cost was beyond reasonable. This is how you build a loyal clientele.

The owner is an honest mechanic. You don't have to worry about being ripped off. He is a hard worker and will even stay after hours just to help someone. His sons also work and assist. They're a kind and courteous people. The whole family is a joy to be around and they will always make you feel welcomed. If you have to wait, they have a television in the waiting room with Netflix. You're welcome to choose what you want to watch, granted you're the only one there. There are also some toys for the kids to play with.

Integrity Automotive is the best automotive place in El Paso! I personally have experienced an issue with what I thought was a lemon. The mechanic there turned the car around into a top running vehicle! I would never take my vehicle anywhere else! James Booth! What an amazing! He Powers through everything that he takes on! He has knowledge Beyond words when it comes to vehicles perhaps other things as well. Do yourself a favor!
