My daughter had a used car that she bought at a dealer have a major breakdown shortly after purchasing it. Integrity was patient and very thorough in figuring out what was wrong with the car and dealing with the warranty company. It took us a while to figure out what we wanted to do as the warranty company wanted to deny all repairs and Integrity never pressured us during the process. They worked with us to find the best affordable solution and now the car is now fixed and running great. They made a tough situation so much better. I would take any car to them for our repairs.

This shop appears to have passed down to the 2nd generation who displays NO INTEGRITY. My pickup truck had a charging fault. The shop looked at it and told me they need to lift the cab off to clean out rodent nesting and find the charging problem. Estimate $3000. To remove the cab then another $2000 to $3000. To fix the wiring issue. They charged me $400. For the estimate. I took my truck home, vacuumed and cleaned the engine top in 1.5 hours and found a chewed wire while cleaning it. Problem fixed! When I told the 2nd generation man I would not agree to “between 5 and 6 thousand dollars” to fix my truck, he told me 3 times that my homeowners insurance would pay for rodent damage in my vehicle. I said no and took my truck home after paying the $400. Another example of 2nd generation malfeasance. No more integrity for another business thanks to kids taking over. UPDATE. 1/17/2025……. As I said in my original review above, this shop has no integrity as I see from their response. Their response to my review says the $400 charge I had to pay was pre approved in advance by me. Lie! I was not told at anytime a charge amount! When he tried to get me to let them remove the cab and get my homeowners insurance to pay the estimated $5 to 6 thousand dollars bill , I said I would take my truck home. I was surprised when I was presented a bill for $400 at the time of checkout. A BLATANT LIE! His response to my review also said they found rodent debris under the turbo which a vacuum could not remove. A LIE!. I removed all the debris which was marble size olive from my nearby olive tree which I removed in not own his attempt to rob me and my home owners insurance company. Shame on you. I was not born yesterday, I am over twice your age and not striped with a vacuum and grabber to in about a hour and a half. His response did not address my description of how he tried to coerce me (3 times he repeated the idea in the same phone call to me). to claim a loss to my homeowners policy for his estimate of $5 to 6 thousand dollars. Is he not wanting to talk about that? This guy at this shop is a crook in my opinion. I don’t know his name but has a beard and about 30 something years old. His intent in the review response was cover up and lie like the con man he is. I am over twice his age and not stupid. He plays tricks to hide my very review so the least number of people will see it.

We have been have been coming here for 14 yrs with our various vehicles and have never been disappointed or unsatisfied. Even called from TX and told them about the check engine light on our PT Crusier that had suddenly came on and they figured it out and their advice was correct. This time they were able to do work on our 2016 Mustang using our warranty plan. Travis helped us and was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Came to get an oil change and preventative maintenance done and couldn’t of asked for a better technician than Enrique. He was polite, super knowledgeable, and worked fast and thorough. Will definitely be back because of him.

Go somewhere else. After two transmissions it seems these guys like to use subpar parts. Get full details on any warranty. They offered a warranty on the first transmission and it turns out the second one wasn’t covered. I don’t haul trailers and most of my driving is highway. I keep my truck maintained regularly. Two transmissions in 2.5 years isn’t normal. Avoid this place or you’ll be the next to be told too bad while their lemon costs you money somewhere else

My dad took his truck here and they said it would take a day, but they had it over a week. Not only did they just guess wrong on the issue but they ruined his new floor mats and charged him hundreds of dollars. My family won't be back. KOLD did a story in April of them ripping someone else off too. Response to owner: I talked to him about this. Repairs were not denied, you guys said you couldn't get the part and the part you said was broken was fine. We won't be back.

I noticed that my 2017 Explorer wasn't properly changing gears so I made an appointment for a diagnostic test. They quickly pinpointed the issue. They determined the problem was caused by a faulty torque converter. Which took me by surprise because we had a new tranmission installed approximately six months earlier. Luckily the system was covered by a warranty, so they ordered and installed another tranmission which turned out to be defective as well. This happened two more times, tranmissions were installed and immediately blew after driving short distances. Long story short, turned out to be that the programming used for the newer tranmission were not compatible with my 2017. They ended up rebuilding a tranmission for my vehicle. Needless to say, the entire process and the length of time that my vehicle was in the shop was very frustrating, for me and for the mechanics. However, Robert oversaw the entire process from start to finish. He diligently worked with the warranty company to make things right. I didn't have to speak to anyone from the warranty company throughout the entire process. It's been almost two months and I haven't had an issue with the my vehicle not changing gears. Solid work from Team Integrity.

Jessie and his team are incredible…honest, amazing service, thorough work, and the list goes on. My wife and I have been to many mechanics in the past and Integrity is by far the best. Jessie is a “make it happen” type of a guy, their customer service is top-notch, they’re honest, and they know what they’re doing. I don’t do reviews often, but was compelled to do this one. I highly recommend Integrity Auto without hesitation.

I lost my alternator belt yesterday while driving in Tucson so I drove to Integrity with no appointment, just walked through the front door. Imagine, no appointment but receiving full attention and then assurance that they would fit me in. And they did and they finished the job that day. This is why they have been my “shop” for more than five years. Trustworthy. Fair. Honest, and deliver on promises.

Jesse was knowledgeable, personable , and explained what they did, problems they could foresee as a problem in future. If we weren’t passing through and time limited I would have had them do all of the items. I will show the. Paperwork to my mechanic at home and follow up on their recommendations. Quite pleased with their service

Lies about installing "new engines" or "remanned" engines. Instead they install rebuilts with low care of quality and they also will not honor your warranty!

Upon arrival I was not acknowledged. The guy in the front office ignored me and continued working. Being a new customer, I thought this must be the norm. I waited for him to complete his task and waited for a welcome. There was none. I had routine maintenance done and picked up, only to find my window tint was damaged. The cause of it, "the last shop uses glue on their stickers." I find that to be a lame excuse, I have not had this issue before, ever. The front office was not friendly, except for Robert. I will not be returning. I cannot support a business who is not friendly to customers and a manager who was explained the situation and walked away.
