My new car came in from Cali, and it had a small issue, was recommended here to get help and Joey got me in right away, and Randy did an amazing job, he not only made me feel comfortable working on my car but he was so knowledgeable and got it done and pretty fast! I highly recommend coming here, and I will be using them in the future if needed. Thank you guys!

When my truck lost it on the highway Friday night, I was a little disappointed the closest garage didn’t open until Monday, but their reviews were strong, so I went with them. While I waited, my friend spoke to me on the phone and thought it was the transmission. Imagine my relief in finding out it wasn’t, the work cost a bit over $410. I expressed to the mechanic what a relief it was that my friend was wrong, because after paying a $530 towing cost and a hotel room for three nights, I was tapped. My friend was paying for the work, God bless her. As I left with the truck, thanking the guys who repaired it for doing it so quickly, I packed my dog and headed out to Utah, relieved to be on my way again. But that’s hardly the end of the story… The truck started acting up after I stopped for a much-needed food break a half an hour away. Yep, “thank goodness I broke down so close to the repair shop,” right? 😎 They took it back and hooked up the diagnostic code reader for a second time. You’ll never believe what it said! My transmission was bad and needed to be replaced. 🤯 Joe said he had no idea why the diagnostic didn’t show that before—and I certainly have no idea. But thank goodness, the guy he always refers transmission work to happened to be standing right in the garage as we spoke! They quickly ran the numbers and a quote emerged of $2,700 + another 4 days at the hotel. The total cost would have been around $3,500 (for an affordable stay). When I told them that was too high, they suggested I give my friend a call. 🤨 When I told them there was no way I was asking my friend for the money, one of them tried using fear tactics by telling me that it sure would suck for me if I broke down in the desert all alone at night. This especially pissed me off, because I had already expressed my concern about waiting 6.5 hrs for the tow truck the first time, and they’re using my fear to their advantage now. I nearly cried, not knowing what I could do, as I truly had no options. So, I told them I had to roll the dice and hope I made it back to Utah. I waited out front for several minutes while they finally bright it back out, just in time to lock up shop. It’s a miracle! Made it all the way back to Utah without a hitch. Sold the headache, and purchased a vehicle that wasn’t going to bleed me dry. Thanks, guys! It’s funny how our conversation started by me telling you how fed up I was by garages that take advantage of women’s ignorance—but, here you are, just like all the rest of them. Integrity? Yes, they do have it when it comes to drumming up business. I may not know about mechanics, but I sure understand research. And Joe is not good at either.

We went here 2 years ago our my car was leaking antifreeze. He charged us 600 here i am today finding out they fixed it with silicone. Because it started again with the same problem and my hometown mechanic let me know. Please don't go here if you are out of town they will rip you off.

I’d recommend these guys any day of the week. There prices beat anyone else’s in town and they treat you as if you’re a friend very personal and they make sure the job is done right and that you’re satisfied. Btw they replaced turbos on my car so this wasn’t a small job and they saved me 3k.

My 1999 Mazda 626 was not running well. Randy & Joey at Integrity Mobile Auto did excellent mechanical repairs and now it’s driving like a new vehicle!!! I highly recommend Integrity Mobile Auto !!!

I recently moved here from Canada and visited Integrity Auto Service for an oil change, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! I was in and out in just an hour, which was impressive. The staff was friendly and efficient. They even notified me about a faulty gasket seal, which I appreciated since it's covered under warranty. Overall, a great visit, and I'll definitely be coming back for future services!

2014 BMW Owner,hada hiccup”drivetrain malfunction”wile in Vegas last week,took it 2da guys@ Integrity,Joey was awesome in explaining everything in detail,wanted 2 help me out as much as possible as l live in L.A.Randy da Technician worked on it and did an Excellent job. I am so grateful for Randy’s expertise and service! I’ve known Randy 15 years and trust him with the care of my vehicles. He is honest, skilled, and knowledgeable (25 years of experience). Highly recommend Integrity Auto and Randy! Friends and family who I’ve referred to him are always very pleased with his service and assistance. Years ago, one of my friends got her car serviced at a different mechanic, and afterwards her vehicle was behaving oddly. I told her to go see Randy. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly (the other shop forgot to reconnect something). He was honest with my friend. If you want to get your vehicle serviced and have any concerns, you can guarantee Randy will be honest with his recommendations. Also, Integrity has very reasonable prices. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

I was selling my truck to a family member and we wanted to have a thorough inspection done. Randy was excellent at explaining what needed to be done and what would need to be done eventually. By giving us the choice in our auto repair is a breath of fresh air. He was never pushy and explained it in laymen’s terms. Integrity is in their name for a reason.

I’ve been going to Joey for a few years now. He has helped me with multiple cars, mine and my kids! Super honest and has always been straight with me. He is so honest and has never tried to repair something that doesn’t need it. As a single mom with a limited budget this is so reassuring. Im moving to utah and plan to make it back to Vegas for routine maintenance and repairs that allow me to travel. He’s that honest! His new guy there is super helpful and willing to chat and explain things in detail. Overall great shop and i highly recommend. Honest mechanics are hard to find!

My car is so janky and had 13 trouble codes and Joey was able to get to the bottom of a lot of the issues and get my car back to me (running better than it has in a long time) in just a few hours. Great communication and doesn’t try to upsell any bs. Highly recommend!!☺️
