First time going to Integrity Auto Care; it had good reviews and when I walked in staff seemed nice. I was the first customer of the day for a scheduled oil change appointment. I was the only customer waiting in the lobby (for almost 2 hours) as I watched the oil be delivered and handed off, it was at least 20 minutes before the mechanic working on my car even went to look for it. I was very disappointed in the mechanics lack of awareness for doing his job and lack of respect for my time. Because of this I won’t be coming back.

I went to integrity Auto Care as referral from a friend. I had a continuous issue with my car for over 2 years that other auto companies could not figure out and ended up paying lots of money for it. When I got to Intergrity Auto Care, the team was welcoming and understanding of the situation. I truly appreciate their patience. They were able to find and fix the issues in a few hours. The repairs were also very affordable. Thank you to Dave, Gabriel, and Tess. I will definitely go back to them if I need anything done. The company really does live up to its name.

They got me in right away for a pre purchase inspection on a truck. They told me everything they found and their honest thoughts. At the end of the work day they pulled up a few comparable trucks and helped me see my options. I felt that they gave me an honest idea of what the truck needed and they went out of their way to be helpful and provide insights.

The Integrity team is wonderful to deal with. We've used them several times over the last few months and appreciate the honest way they do business. At one point we had taken our car to dealership and they wanted to charge us 5x more than Integrity ended up doing the work for. Great team! Highly recommend.

This shop is by far the best one I have ever visited in the Denver Metro area. The owner, Kelly, always goes above and beyond to provide excellent service in his shop. The rest of his staff, Gwynne, Wendy and crew, consistently do the same. On my most recent visit, they needed to keep my car for two days. Not only did they do an excellent job fixing my problem, they provided me with a vehicle for me to get to work. Kelly is always available to give valuable advice. And Wendy and Gwynne are always great for the best hugs ever! Thank you for your five star service my friends!

Absolutely love them, no matter what happens they are always there to take care of me, don't try to upsell you and tell you if it's really worth it or if they have a cheaper work around. Rear Heater core on my expedition got damaged by something in the road, and had a constant steam of coolant bleeding out, instead of selling me on replacing the heater core they offered that or a MUCH MUCH cheaper core bypass to get me up and running again. Recommended for EVERYONE

I came here for a regen on my 2014 jeep grand Cherokee diese, I was told they did it 3 times and went down to 85% when I got in my car it still said it was at 100% I ordered me a computer and did the regen myself 2 days later and all lights went off, idk if they even did the regen on my vehicle but i paid $130 and had to do it myself, next few days I called let them know and asked for a price on changing a sensor I was supposed to get a call back… never did, finally few days later I got a txt I let them know I never got a qoute and few hours later I got a quote $900 to change my sensor I called again asked when I was supposed to get a call back never did so I changed the sensor myself. I don’t think I’ll ever go back here.

This is the second vehicle I’ve taken to Integrity and they’ve been consistent in communication, quality of work, and meeting/exceeding expectations. They performed the work as described and completed it on time. Anytime there was a question about work being performed or any changes to the timeline they immediately reached out to me and I find that really impressive given my experiences at other auto repair facilities. I would recommend Integrity to anyone who needs to have their vehicle serviced.

Took my car in that was running rough. They gave me an estimate for a new timing belt and water pump and I okayed the work. Before they started the work, they took note that the engine may have valve damage so they checked it and it did which meant a new engine, pretty much anyways. By doing so they saved me thousands of $$$ for meaningless work. Thank you to the staff and will be coming back if I ever need work done again.

Attentive and considerate with their service and pricing. Made sure to be clear on what was and wasn't necessary, and didn't charge for small or superfluous things. Junior is great, and the whole experience with them is super customer-oriented. Very solid crew!

These guys are seriously the best!! They absolutely live up to their name because they are all so helpful, honest, and carry themselves with so much integrity. I never feel pressured to get any “extra” work done on my car. They provide their exceptional input and always give my car back to me in the best condition. They have affordable pricing and really care about helping people (these guys are not in it for the scams or the money). I have been taking my car to them for 4 years now, and I refuse to take it anywhere else because I fully trust Integrity Auto. Could not recommend this place more!

Integrity lives up to it's name. Besides being professional and courteous, they fixed my vehicle quicker than they predicted and came in under the quote they provided...which was fair to start with. They are definitely my go to mechanic for all my vehicle needs.

These guys do some great work! I needed a completely new transmission on my 2500 and these guys were able to get it done and for a great price. They had to order the transmission and were able to get it quickly and installed even faster. My truck runs like new! They also provide a shuttle to/from your work/home if needed...can't say that about everyone else! They are knowledgeable in all the vehicles I have had serviced there, and I highly recommend their services! Thanks guys!

The team is upfront with their pricing. No surprises, and they were also honest about the fact that more work (which would make them more $) on my car wouldn’t be worth it due to the mileage and sheer volume of problems. Saved me from shelling out hundreds for a dying vehicle.

I highly recommend Integrity! My car had an oil leak that I think had been going on for months and been missed by several other mechanics. They fixed my value and replaced the affected parts for a fair price. Jeff even drove me home and picked me up when my car was done for no charge. I’ll be back if there are any other issues with my car in the future
