Reece was so helpful and accommodating when working on my car. He walked me through everything that needed to be done on the car and made sure I was fully aware of what everything would cost and why I needed to get these repairs. The facility itself is so clean and everyone is so professional. I really enjoy working with Integrity First. As someone who’s been scammed at other shops, it’s nice to go somewhere that I can trust. Thank you! I will be back!

Got my inspection done here and was having issues with my tire pressure sensor and they fixed it right up! The final cost of the services provided were actually less than their estimate because they didn’t charge me for things they ended up not needing to use (i.e. multiple sensors) and didn’t charge me for things I didn’t use. Can’t say every shop would do that and it’s a pleasant surprise to have your bill be less than your estimate. Great customer service and it’s backed by warranty.

I was tired of being overcharged by dealership service and was referred to Integrity. I appreciated their communication and believe their rates were fair and reasonable. Will continue to bring my vehicles to this location. Reese and Lane were also very helpful and provided great service.

This is the best place in the DFW area to take your car for anything and everything. I took my truck here to get the A/C fixed, my warranty said that Integrity 1st is one of the shops that worked with them. Reese was the one who took care of me and he had his crew search for anything wrong with my truck that could be covered by the warranty. They found a lot of things that could be a problem for me on a long road trip I am going to go on and they were able to get all that covered for me. They also helped me determine which repairs I needed to make for my road trip within my budget and didn't push anything extra or not needed on me. Reese kept me updated and was always in touch. Even when the warranty company tried to get out of paying for certain things, Reese went to bat for me and got them to cover everything needed. I highly recommend and will not be using any other shop going forward. Integrity 1st is the only place for me.

Great experience at Integrity First Automotive on Belmont Ave. Lane was incredibly helpful! He took the time to answer all of my questions and was honest in sharing which services should be prioritized and what I should keep an eye on. In addition, he not only price matched another provider but also sourced a part for a lower price than initially estimated. I really appreciated the honesty and openness. Thank you, Lane!

I have taken two vehicles to Integrity 1st Automotive. They were very upfront of what was wrong with my vehicles. Also have different payment plan options to choose from. Which is a great help in this day and age. I would highly recommend them to anyone to go there and get your vehicle repaired. Lane and Reece took good care of me and explained everything thoroughly. It’s by far the best automotive mechanic repair shop in the Dallas area.

Let's just say I'm a woman and don't know much about a car but the experience I have got an integrity first automotive was the best I could ask for I'm a mother and what I was looking for was what I got from Lance and Kevin with all of their help it was hard trying to think of what I had to do to get my car fixed they made everything seem so easy they explain step by step for me and I just appreciate the love that I got from this place is outstanding my car works beautifully and I have no complaints my car works like a brand new baby and I can just say if you need any car work or more experience from this car place to value your money your time and your service this is the best place to stop thanks Lance, Kevin ,and Reese for all of their help I wish you guys the best .
