I was met with a smile before I got to the door. The gentleman asked how he could help, I told him, handed over my keys, then he referred me to the office to sit. It's a small office but comfortable, a large clean restroom for customers. The service was fast from beginning to end. I will definitely refer others.

When it comes to barbers and, certainly mechanics, I'm always looking for someone I can TRUST. I think I've found that with Ricardo and the gang here at Insta-tune. I had a leaking rear differential gasket that they refilled and sealed for only $145 on my 2007 crown Vic. He told me he looked the car over and later on I'll need shocks and brakes but other than that he told me nothing was wrong with it. No upselling, no hustling. I like that.

I have only had two jobs done on my vehicle, one was a body repair which was to my liking and the other was a water pump replacement on a 2014 Ford Explorer which was of poor quality; Well, when I took my vehicle, it did not present any other problem, the engine sounded serene, without any strange noise, after the replacement of the water pump the engine sounds strange, the belt tensioner makes noise (sounds), when the car is in a stop or with the foot on the brake, it is vibrating as if it were out of time, I think the work was done by someone unprofessional, For which I paid 1400 dlls, bad mechanical service Solo me han hecho dos trabajos en mi vehículo, uno de reparación de carrocería el cual fue de mi agrado y el otro fue un reemplazo de bomba de agua en una Ford Explorer 2014 de el cual fue de pésima calidad; pues mi vehículo cuando lo lleve no presentaba otro problema , el motor sonaba sereno ,sin ningún ruido extraño,después del reemplazo de la bomba de agua el motor suena raro , el tensor de la banda hace ruido ( suena ) , cuando el auto está en un alto o con el pie en el freno , este esta vibrando como si estuviera fuera de tiempo , creo que el trabajo fue hecho por alguien poco profesional , Por el cual pague 1400 dlls , mal servicio en lo mecanico El vehículo no se a movido por 2 meses debido a las fallas , no quiero arruinarlo
