Staff and owner so nice and helpful. They were very clear about what was being done and cost before hand. were honest and did the work that needed done, not do extra work that didn't need done. I have a small Company Fleet and all my vehicles will go here from now on. Thank you for getting our vehicle back in the field ASAP.

Overcharger way too much for services needed for your car if you are not willing to pay a lot to get a certain part of your car fixed this is not the place for you

This was my first time for car repair and Christian and his receptionist were very welcoming and friendly. Although there was a hiccup on the delivery time, Christian was apologetic and made things right. Car problem repaired and running great again.

I received EXCELLENT customer service, they operated with integrity and were very thorough and meticulous about the job they did. Having a f350 dually any rear end work is a big job, my husband and I were very pleased with the results. We highly recommend and will return if future needs arise.

Very friendly shop. Pulled up in their parking lot and they came out and meet me at my vehicle asking how I could be helped. I explained my symptoms and they knew immediately what the issues were. Had me in, repaired and out in five hours. Vehicle preforms perfectly. Thanks.

Wow!!! Great place. Some may know I'm a fleet manager with 100+ vehicles to care for, but I'm Not a mechanic. It was 4:30 pm. and I was hundreds of miles from home and my truck was having trouble starting. I called and made an appointment for 9 am the next morning. I was planning on a camping trip, that week and didn't want to get stranded in the woods with the family and a dead truck. I pulled in, and even though they were busy, they were ready for me. I was cared for right away. It was actually a very simple fix. They ran the code, and showed me what it was and assured me it was not going to leave me stranded. They offered to fix it but it was going to take a couple of hours. With the family waiting I decided to care for it when I get home. When I asked what I owed for diagnosis, they said. Nothing. And again assured me, I'd be OK till I got home. They could have taken full advantage of an out-of-towner. Not only did they not try to beat me up on it, they were courteous, professional, and completely above board. . If I lived in OKC This would be my go to place. Can't say enough! Thanks a lot to the crew at innovative auto service.

I really wanted to like this place but I got my oil pan gasket replaced and it was still leaking afterwards. I told them about it and they agreed fix the issue free of charge but it's still leaking. Seems they didn't put enough sealant on the cracks. And the kicker is, they forgot to put one of the nuts back on the sway bar so now I gotta look for one of those.

We were passing through OK on a long road trip and our A/C started giving us problems. Did a quick google search and found Innovative Auto Service had good reviews. Took it in and the owner worked on it. He spent over two hours troubleshooting and wanted to make sure we were good to go for the rest of our trip. These are good people and charged a fair price. We made it 1,000 miles to our destination and the A/C had no issues! Thanks guys!
