I went to his shop and bought a radio for my vehicle. He turned on the radio, and it worked okay, but when i had it installed the touch screen part of it had unknown water damage inside of it. When I confronted him about it to try to resolve the matter the response he told me was basically he isn't responsible for it. Just be careful dealing with this guy.

It is not worth taking the car to a place where they have no responsibility, if they like to ask for money and do not deliver a good job. My friends don't take your car to that shop.

This is a big scammer place, don’t ever leave you car here, he charged me $2500 for parts that was works perfectly and its not related to the issue at all, the car parked in his shop for over a month Don’t Don’t Don’t do the same mistake and take your car to this shop, i towed my car to this place to do spark plugs, the owner was claiming he had to replace the engine gaskets, the radiator, the throttle body, the coils, the spark plugs wires, and the fuel pump, i asked how did you change all these parts without reaching to me, and i asked for the old parts to show proof he couldn’t show them up, he wanted to leave the car hostage or sell it to the junkyard as he said to get his money, scam artist, don’t do my mistake and take your car to this place, LESSON TO LEARN not to trust any mechanic after what happened

DO NOT COME HERE!!! I took my vehicle in to replace the throttle body kit and I got my car back with even more problems than going in! I bought a brand new throttle body for them to install when I took it to another mechanic shop they showed me the throttle body and it wasn’t even the same kit I bought! Innovative auto repair stole my brand new throttle body kit and used a piece of junk kit they had laying around!! Scam!!!!!

Smoke and Mirrors... the mechanics make you think they know what they are doing and you are in good hands. All FAKE ... smoke and mirrors. Incompetent and all about making money for services not rendered. DO NOT take your vehicle here.

I used to rant and rave about innovative. I have a small fleet and any and all problems went to Innovative. But after the last 2 interactions. I can no longer recommend them at all. I had an engine replaced but the engine had 2 oil leaks. One was Fixed and the other the company car sat at his shop in the street for 2.5 months!!!!! They never touched it and I eventually had to pick it up and take it to another shop. They ran my cc with out authorization as well. Had to change my company credit card all together. Maybe whatever changed about this shop will go back but after they Tossed around a friend I recommenced there, I call it quits there, honest review. UPDATE!!!!!! Turns out the engine I had replaced there has a cracked crank case Bad bad bad bad bad bad BUSINESS

They did a horrible job for me in this place, my car doesn't work well, he made me change some parts that were not necessary and he charged me much more than normal for that job. I clarify, "WRONG DONE" took 4 months to finish something so simple that he wanted to make it complicated to overcharge me. so if you plan to take your car for any problem do not think about this place. It is a lousy place with zero honesty. 😡

They don’t realize the more they overcharge people the less long run customers they’ll have to keep their business up. Untrustworthy, don’t get scammed. Go to Mac’s Auto Service, have been there twice ever since I stopped going here and it’s great, reliable with good prices definitely will notice the difference.

Must go for any auto repairs! I've had my vehicle for 8yrs and never had much done to it but the basic, oil changes, tires, etc. Took my vehicle for breaks and struts finally and must say my vehicle drives like new! I obviously needed more done for example, rotors, but even then I was left with a reasonable price! Will definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for one! Thank you Innovative!
