I have used iMotion for many years. I appreciate the quality of the service, the staff - service advisors (Bailey) and the technicians, the quality of the information that is provided from the inspections of the vehicle's condition, recommended service options including cost, etc. and recently its pickup and delivery service. InMotion took care of every detail. I needed some extensive work done to my vehicle and from start to finish the experience was great. I needed a loaner car, it was necessary to deal with my warranty company and the work needing to be done called for (Alex) a mechanic who knew the job. I am continually impressed with iMotion. I recently brought my car in with a problem. Chris took a lot of time trying to save me money and it did. They had a loaner car that save me over the weekend also. I will continue to go to iMotion. All the staff is professional!

Whether comparing it to a dealership or an independent repair shop, this place stands out as the best by far. Bailey, one of the support staff specialists, was fantastic to work with—extremely honest about the most critical aspects of my car repair. inMotion is probably the most modern auto shop there is. Their building/inside is really nice and comfortable. They might be a tad pricier than most shops, but the work shows and the service is top notch. Bailey is awesome, communication is top tier, and she’s incredibly informative/supportive. The crew has insane diagnostic ability, awesome transparency, & great work. Definitely going to recommend this place in the future.

We have been customers at InMotion for about six years. They have consistently provided excellent service. I think InMotion is the first auto service business where I bought a dozen donuts for the staff to say thanks! A few things I appreciate: * They provide thorough, written inspections and recommendations for service. * They do not apply pressure to sell expensive repairs. I usually ask “Is this a safety issue now, or can this be postponed for a month or two?” * They will pick up a car at our home and return it when the work is completed. * They have performed minor service at no charge. Our hatch lock got stuck. They corrected the problem at no charge while I waited. We intend to be customers of InMotion for the foreseeable future.

Hello this is Taylee Auld. It is sad to me that I have to use my mom’s account to write a review due to you blocking me from leaving a review. I put my full trust into you guys due to the amount of great reviews you have but now I realize you have the ability to block people from leaving a review when they have had a bad experience with your business. I took my car into inmotion due to my heater not working and my check engine light coming on. I was under the impression that the diagnostic fee was $150 so I said to go ahead and check both. I would assume that would be two diagnostic fees considering it’s the engine and the heater and I was charged with 3 diagnostic fees and obviously also charged to fix the heater. I let it go even though I was fuming and still agreed to pay the bill. I just decided to leave and just be thankful that I have heat during the winter. Here I am a week later and my heat stopped working.I try to take it in thinking that it could get it fixed with no massive charge and they would show a TINY bit of remorse for me getting completely screwed over and I was shown none. All I got told was that I would have to pay another $600 to fix the heater. I am so sick to my stomach that I really left this place with a bill of over $700 and my heat still isn’t even working. If you take this much pride in doing your diagnostics maybe diagnose things correctly. Side note: my fiancé also tried taking his truck there and they couldn’t even work on his truck because they couldn’t get the hood open. He showed up there and opened the hood right away. I am so sad that this didn’t work out because everyone there seemed so nice and genuine.. I guess I was wrong. I just got in my car and ugly cried in the parking lot while my finance went to talk to them. I’ve never been so upset with a business …

I was sent a diagnosis of my vehicle like usual and I was just getting back from a nearby location and usually they ask if I’d like to have anything they found to be taken care of but the invoice said I had declined all of the recommended items which I hadn’t done.

They were able to diagnose an electrical problem with my sons car and fix it. I was very impressed with their work! That is an understatement! They are top notch. 100%. Excellent communication as well. My whole experience was incredible!

You guys provided so much information and did so much investigative work on my G37x that I didn’t even think twice about where to get work done on my old Miata. Got new brakes, new battery, and more needed repairs. John kept me informed at all times about progress with my repairs. I’m very happy with results and now I’m getting more repairs done. Highly recommended shop.
