I bring my Mazda 3 here for service and I love the 3 oil change and tire rotation package!! Everyone is always so nice and friendly. The video is definitely a plus, because the mechanic explains everything to you as though you were right there! 😃

There's a flap that I asked him to if they can put it up for me and they said they would and they didn't do that I don't know maybe it's cuz it's a Ford and not a Mazda I'm getting my review

Mark was very nice and keep me informed. The only issue is it takes so long. Oil change, tire rotations and car check took 2 hrs. Thats a long time for that to me. Other then that the video of my car great. The service and professionalism great. Mark was super.

My experience with Mazda is Excellent. As the vehicle had to be in the shop, it is A BIG PLUS for MAZDA having LOANERS. I was able to continue with my day & etc. Brian Advisor, Laura Clerk and Nick Tech, are Amazing Employees. They are Professional Kind and Caring. They are an Asset to the Company. I hope they get noticed and awarded for their hard work to keep Mazda customers content.

This time nothing stood out. However, my last few experiences were Absolutely Outstanding!! They were very thorough, very informative., and I received great customer service. The last 2 times I got my car service.. This time I just dropped it off and left. But I did check over them and all the fluids were topped. I also noticed they tried to sell me items that wasn't necessary. For example, my Windshield wipers. On my last visit, they informed me I needed new windshield wipers . I purchased them last month. And have them added just a few weeks ago, and now I need new one. Come on.

I have a Mazda and use Ingram for all my oil changes and maintenance. I took it one time somewhere else and regretted it. Ingram has always been fair and honest and helped me keep my vehicle in good shape.

I was there for 3 hours for a 10 min oil change. I even had an appointment. Even got there early. Make sure to have your schedule cleared when coming here.

The service department was able to get me in to do 2 recall updates for my SUV easily. I was told it could take up to 3-4 hours but I was pleased when I was finished only after 1.5 hours and on my way out the door. Great service dept. The only con was I asked them to fill up my windshield washer fluid as I was getting a low alert and it was not done, so I’ll go to Walmart to buy some tomorrow and do it on my own I guess.

Very professional service. They provided shuttle service to and from home. They were not pushy into providing additional unwanted service. They addressed all issues with my vehicle.
