Very good sevice. We dropped our car off late but they were finished by 4pm. They did a through inspection to see if we had a gas leak anywhere. We were impressed with how nice they were too. Will return to them if I need any car repair.

The shop is not what it seems, there is no military background considering the name, multiple tools stolen from my box and never paid the right amount, should have called the state but they never even sent my employment forms in so I got paid what they wanted to pay are willing to let shotty work leave

I was recommended to take my car here when I started having issues with the exhaust. The folks at Infantry Auto are so sweet, they've been very understanding and helpful, especially with my hectic work schedule. Next time I have an issue, I'll for sure be heading back.

Absolutely AMAZING!! Can't help but brag about this 2-man crew. Fast, knowledgeable, and inexpensive. Best prices in the state as far as I'm concerned. Both guys are prior service military, and they definitely work hard for other veterans like myself. 100% recommend. Within the time I was there, multiple people came in and were in and out. Hard workers are hard to find these days. But, these guys, without a doubt, set the bar on speedy and friendly service with a smile. Will be back for more work when needed. Never going anywhere else again. 🫡🤘

Awesome people to do business with! Fixed my van up quickly and had it running in no time. I had issues with my warranty company but these guys were so helpful with suggestions. They even dropped it off to my home since I didn’t have my kids car seats after the breakdown and worked with me on a payment plan for the smaller stuff! I’ll definitely be coming back for all my repairs! Suck a big difference from going to a dealership last time. Thanks again!!

Hurt us bad .took it in . Estimate was over 2,000 . Then Andrews added more to the bill .we paid the bill . Then Mr Andrews told us another 1,400.00 to fix it right andrews said another 1400.00 to fix the timing chain . It wasn't even the timing chain . They left wires hanging lose . Still smells of gas . Gets about 10 miles to the gallon . Mr Andrews has no integrity . Bad place don't go there. Took it in and it was the catalytic converter thanks K n S automative 3042 W. Pikes peak ave Colorado springs Co. Go here they got your ride. 😁

AC wasn’t running right I knew it had to do with a bad connection and when I took it to infantry auto, they didn’t try to quote me $1000 for a new Compressor clutch. Instead they heard me out and diagnosed the little things first. Turned out I just had a wire harness that wasn’t plugged in all the way, they sent me on my way free of charge. Honest group of people.

Outstanding Service by Jarrod and his Crew at Infantry Auto for a 2017 Jeep Cherokee that needed extensive steering component repair. They were fair and communicative on repair details. I would defiantly Infantry Auto again. Highly Recommended!

Originally I had given 5 stars and John the owner said he’d give me a discount if I gave him a 5 star rating. Here’s the issue. My husband and I have trusted him to work on my deceased sisters Honda accord..we paid nearly 3k for him to check everything and fix what he could and we planned to come back and continue to let him work on our Honda because it was so old and we knew things would need replaced. 3k later they told us everything was fine and looked good and that they filled all our liquids and even did an oil change. But they never touched our transmission fluids nor did they tell us it was running low. Now the transmissions going out because of this, and I’m about to give birth to our baby girl in March and I have not enough money to pay them another 2k to fix their mistake. John acts so nice but he could care less if your family is struggling and if his mechanics are careless and mess things up. He cares more about himself and money then he does the fact that his mechanics messed up and now caused a family to not have a vehicle during a very crucial time about to have our baby. Plus our Honda is very special and sentimental to us because it belonged to my sister who passed away. John knows all of this and he does not care. I’m currently trying to find help for a lawsuit, and will be putting him on blast as well so people know the snake he is. This is pure evil. No pregnant mother should ever have to go through this when she’s about to give birth and anyone who’s grieving a deceased loved one should never have to suffer having their vehicle treated like this when the mechanics new it was a special car. John will get his karma for turning away and choosing to ignore this. If you read other people’s 1 star ratings I see how they get treated as well because John gas lights them and turns everything around on them to make it seems like everything is always someone else’s fault and you can tell very obviously he never takes accountability for himself based of his responses to people’s complaints. Beware.

They are honest. They tell you what you need and what you don't need for your car. These are the mechanics that are hard to find. They have earned my business while I am here. 3 other auto shops tried to screw me and I'm glad to have found them. I appreciate ya'll.
