I highly recommend Indy Prestige Collision Center for anyone seeking collision repairs. After an accident, my son's Honda Accord was in need of serious repairs, and I’m so glad we chose this shop. I couldn't have been more impressed by the level of service and transparency we received. From the start, the owner, Luis, was incredibly hands-on and walked me through every single step of the process. He took the time to explain all the numbers up front, presented various options, and helped me make the best decision for the repair. What really stood out to me was the integrity and professionalism that Luis and the whole team demonstrated. They clearly care about the quality of their work and making sure their customers are well-informed and satisfied. When we got the car back, it looked even better than before the accident! The attention to detail was phenomenal, and the quality of the repair exceeded my expectations. Let me just start by saying how thankful I am to have meet this amazing company and group of people. I brought them a damaged front in car and they did magic. I did come with mostly all my parts and I wish I didn’t. I wish I didn’t because they could have ordered me parts and it would have saved a lot of time and hassle. If you ever need body work on your car or a new paint repair please go to them first before going to anyone. I promise they will have you riding in a brand new car once they are done. The customer service was outstanding I felt welcomed the minute I gave them a call when I was calling around for body shops. I turned down a couple for them. They are ducked off in the back of caliber collision you really wouldn’t know they were there unless you did your research. To sum it all up they will do wonders for your car and for a beautiful price. Customer service is amazing I am in disbelief how good my car turned out.

Luis and team did an incredible job with my Lexus RX 350. Great customer service -- they guided me through the insurance process, were super efficient, transparent at every step, and made sure I could use my car as much as possible. In and out in 5 days once the parts were in. When I picked it up, it literally looked like a new car -- they even went the extra mile with a nice detail job on the interior. Forget the dealership -- this is your place in Indy for quality body work!

I had a dent on my right passenger door. Luis gave me a fast quote and got me in about 3 weeks later. The price was very reasonable. The quality of work is BEAUTIFUL A+! Very professional establishment. They had my vehicle 2.5 days. I would absolutely recommend Indy Prestige Collision Center.

Indy Prestige did a flawless repair on my car. It had alot of damage almost 16,000 worth of damage and you would never know it was wrecked. It took awhile but a part was on a national backorder list. Luis keep me updated regularly and apologized lots of times even though none of it was his fault. He went above and beyond to get my car back to me. This is an awesome company with wonderful employees! Their work was impeccable!

It really is a reason for Thanksgiving. A teenager hit my car and his insurance wanted to total my car when it was at a collision place that had many locations. I had my car towed to Indy Prestige and he told me everything would be fine and he really meant it. I am so glad I found Indy Prestige. I would not have my car still if it were not for them, it seems Luis really cares what happens to you and your vehicle. I was wary and anxious after the previous body shop and the teenagers insurance company. I highly recommend skipping the other collision centers and going to Indy Prestige Collision Center. The prices are more than fair. Again I am so happy I had my car towed away from the other body shop that had continually rose the estimate over and over. I’m so happy to have my car back now and in time for Thanksgiving. I am adding photos of after the repairs and before. Excuse the glare in the photo. That’s not marks on the car, it’s reflections of light due to rain.

I needed my bumber replaced and i'm so glad i chose indy prestige collision! Once they got the parts in, the job only took them 3 days, this included painting the new bumper, replacing the bumper and getting my car sent out for all the sensors to be recalibrated. Super friendly people who actually care about the customer! Highly recommend!

Indy Prestige is #1! The independent business has provided optimal customer and service excellence. They repaired a ding and scratch (that a Kroger customer caused) on my Jaguar F-Pace door that the dealership was not able to repair. My goodness not only did they speak with me directly with a customer centric approach but they also had me bring my vehicle in immediately for resolve while they were in the midst of other body work. They had a rental waiting for me to ensure I remained mobile. The vehicle was ready in a couple days to my astonishment their resolve of the ding and scratch was as though they never existed. They are a family run business that adopts you into their fold. I cannot say enough about their service and quality of work! Thank you Luis and the Indy Prestige family!

We're very happy with the emergency help we received from this company. Our driver's side window coils snapped after getting tangled. It was a Saturday & all shops near us were closed except this one. It had a 5 Star rating so I took a chance & called. The owner, Louis, answered & i told him what our problem was & that we had to leave for Florida for medical appointments in 3 days. Louis, dentified the problem correctly. He immediately checked on the part & it was available. He sent one of his men to pick it up. He gave us an appointment first thing Monday morning, & our car was good to go in less than an hour! I haven't had my car repaired here yet, so this review is strictly off of how my initial experience was. I was having a really rough day. Someone had hit my car, and I had been dealing with getting estimates, and I had some tire issues. I had been to two tire shops and it was my second estimate for the day, so I was exhausted 4 car shops in a day. I was frustrated that after purchasing my tires, my car was riding funny. They couldn't get it right, and it had run into my appointment time with indy prestige... so I called and apologized and asked if they could still see me. To my surprise Mr. Luis was so kind and told me not to worry and that he'd stop with a paint job to still provide the estimate. I got a little twisted around trying to find their location, but again, I wasn't in the best frame of mind. When I got there Luis was dressed in his paint suit, stopped and assisted me. He gave honest info and shared his screen to show me so I'd understand pricing and the entire process. I love how he texted/emailed me right away with the info while I was in his office. He really helped get my day back on track. He didn't have to go above and beyond, but he did. I already know he'll do a great job as I saw another volvo in the reviews that looked great. He even details the car as well. Can't wait to get started and get my car back together.

Strongly recommend Indy Prestige - Luis and the team were incredible. They were transparent and fair on pricing, exceptional at communicating timelines and updates from the insurance company, and the work performed exceeded our expectations. We picked up my wife's car 5 days after we dropped it off (one day ahead of schedule), and not only was the damage repaired but the inside of the car had been detailed. Will definitely be using them for any repairs needed in the future!

I can't say enough about Indy Prestige Collision Center. After our car was hit, they were able to not only fix the dent, match black paint, but make the car look better than before it was hit. They were able to also work with the insurance company and turn around our repair quickly because no part were needed.

Look no further! I brought my wife’s Volvo XC60 to Indy Prestige after she had a little altercation with our garage’s door. Damage was quite significant and best option was to replace the entire bumper and several other related parts. Luis (owner) tried hard to get the best pricing for parts and was very transparent with costs and labor. He walked me through several options without any rush or pressure. In other collision centers I was told I would have to wait up to 60 days for repairs, but with Indy Prestige we had our vehicle back within days after parts arrived. Moreover, the quality of the job was impeccable, better than new! I highly recommend Indy Prestige!

Brought my 2023 Kia to get a dent repair on a tricky part of the trunk. Starting with the consultation customer service was great. All concerns were addressed. As well as all the information being communicated well, for me to feel good about where I was taking my car. I felt more comfortable taking my car here rather than the dealership due to the care and time I knew was going to be put into the car. Pricing was very affordable ended up being less than I was quoted. Very detailed work. The owner/ team went above and beyond on the dent repair along with going above and beyond on the inside(my car came back cleaner than I dropped it off.) I got my car dropped off and picked up in less than a week even with it being the Holliday season. The body work of this shop exceeded my expectations as well as their attentiveness and customer service! Highly recommended!!!

Highly recommend you see Luis for any body work! Best in town!! I had a scratch on my hood and now my hood looks brand new! He matched the color perfectly and had my car completed in a very reasonable timeframe. Not to mention the price was the cheapest quote I’ve received and the customer service is unmatched! Some scratched and dented the front right side of my car so I had to get it repaired. I avoided my dealer and called a couple repair shops, only to discover some don’t work on older foreign cars. Finally found this place which was quite challenge because they have no signage as they are awaiting approval for it! I got to the place on time but ended being a bit late circling the area trying to find Building 6, but the owner Luis actually walked out and waved me down when I called telling him I had a hard time finding the place. Talk about service! Just look for Flat Out Motorsports with their huge sign and the place is the building across in the alley. Luis gave me a quote and got me scheduled within a couple days. They take pride in their work and pay attention to details, my car came out looking like new (see the before and after pics). In place of the dent and scratches is a shiny reflection of the pavement if you zoom in. I would recommend Luis and his team!
