Don't trust this shop with any of your vehicles. They put my families and my life at risk. They had 3 days to check and fix parts when they didn't do any of work and cause my armada to give up while going up the grapevine. They didn't do any work other than charging me 1500 and wasting a half tank of gas(12 gallons).

Never let this shop handle major repairs on your car. They returned my vehicle with serious issues: it was out of alignment, brake fluid was leaking from the brake line, the front differential was overfilled, and there was damage to the front bumper and wheel liner. The alignment shop couldn't correct the alignment because they had installed eccentric bolts in the wrong locations. This improper installation resulted in the bolts being stripped and bent. They failed to check whether the parts were supposed to go to the upper or lower arms. Additionally, there was a significant amount of brake fluid leaking from the front driver's side. It turned out that the brake hose was pinched and damaged during the caliper installation. They were in such a rush that they didn't secure everything properly, leading to the wheel liner not being fully attached and eventually getting torn apart by the tires. The damage they caused ended up costing me twice as much in labor, and the owner refuses to take responsibility for the mess they made.

We take our Infiniti here regularly for any service it needs. They are very fair and do their best to take care of your car. Been in a couple situations where we needed some immediate service and they were quick to help while not bending us over with the pricing. Good people.

Came in to see if they can install a bigger intercooler for my Infiniti Q60, which is no easy task. They had me come in 2 days later to get the work done. Frank does great work that costs way less than what the dealership wanted. His years of experience shows.

These guys are AWESOME. It’s not often that you can find honest, friendly and quick mechanics. The employees add friendly, explain everything well (especially for people who know nothing about cars) and won’t try to up-sell you. If you get the chance, request to work with Frank. He’s great. I’ve taken three different cars here (only one was a Nissan) and recommended them to lots of family and friends.

I have had my 350Z into Independent Nissan twice now and couldn't be happier with how quickly they diagnose the problems, communicate with me and how reasonable the charges are. On my last trip, they found a worn out ball joint and instead of just replacing it with a Nissan factory part that included the whole spindle and control arm (because that is the only way Nissan will sell ball joints) Frank took it upon himself to find quality aftermarket parts that saved me over $800.00 on the total repair. I appreciate their honestly and quick, quality work.

Very nice & professional! My service engine soon light came on during a road trip. I called and they took a look at my car, even though they were about to close. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and helpful. Turned out to be a quick fix. Great experience and would highly recommend.

This guy is a crook. He tried to charge me $1,000 to fix an air flow meter and an A.C. compressor. I took the car in to get a diagnostic and he charged me $180. I will be reporting him to the better business bureau.
